Trade in for my iPhone 13 Mini
Initially, I was quoted a high amount for my phone (£185). However, the initial quote they gave me back was only 1/4 (£50) of that initial quote and they deemed my phone 'poor' quality, despite me taking photos beforehand knowing it was definitely 'good' if not 'great'.
I queried their offer and then they revised it and met me in the middle of what I'd wanted, which was still just under half of what they initially quoted me (£85). However, I accepted it to avoid the faff of having to do the same with another buyer. I do think how they go about it is wrong. And I also think they should provide detailed photos as evidence for why they reduce the initial value.
However, the sending of the packaging for the phone was good and it was delivered speedily to them for pricing.

Ridiculously low valuation
Ridiculously low new offer once they received my phone. I kept declining so they increased it £10 at a time.
After I declined for the 3rd time they didn’t return my phone or reply to my emails and sent me what they valued the phone at.
Still trying to get my phone back as I didn’t agree to the new price.
