A recently qualified barber named Jasmine in Leopardstown gave me an excellent haircut today. Her attention to detail was excellent for someone so young.

The barber was rude
The barber lied to me and didnt treat me well.
As soon as i entered and sat down, the barber said pointing at my hair in front of everyone- “i cant ‘fix’ this” which i this is rude of him without even asking what i want. and then when i said i need a skin fade he agreed and i he cut my hair. upon finishing i confronted him i asked for skin fade and he didnt use the skin fade trimmer/machine, he said he said and said “were you sleeping?”, which again is very bad way to treat a customer. I was well awake and he definitely didnt use the skin fade trimmer. but i was too nervous to say anything (i have anxiety issues) so i just left.
The store i am saying is The Grafton Barbers, Fairview branch.
Excellent service
Great service, products are great and is at your door in a couple of days

Poor service on Drury St.
Normally GB service is spotless, but unfortunately this time I went to the Drury St. branch and it wasn't as good as it normally is.
The barber took about 10 minutes to get the service started cause he was chatting with someone outside.
I felt like he cut my hair on a "hurry up" mood and I didn't get my hair washed and razor blade shaved, even though I had purchased a voucher for haircut, shampoo and blow-dry.
Next time I'll look for a different branch to get the proper service done, as I normally get.

Barbershop in Nutgrove… the haircut…
Barbershop in Nutgrove… the haircut cost a fortune, and the job was done in 5 minutes. I asked for one thing and got something completely different. Either the guy is clueless or has never cut hair before. The place itself is run-down. For that kind of money, they should’ve been licking my ass — instead I walked out covered in cut hair, even down my collar… he could’ve at least brushed it off my face. Never going back to this dump.

A barber who couldn’t care
Get my hair cut in Finglas Tesco grafton barbers, normally i go to one of the two ladies. I believe one of them is called Alex both lovely people but got a haircut of one of them men, tattoo Brazilian. The first time was bad haircut but everyone has bad day so gave him another chance but an even worse service than last. It was an uneven haircut, voucher was for wash and cut refused to wash, wouldn’t even show me the finish cut just asked for voucher and said bye. I won’t be returning again
Everythings good.

I never give a review for anything but it is one of the worst haircut I ever had.
Mixed Experience – Great Barber, Poor Logistics
I had my hair cut by Isac in Jervis, and he was fantastic! He was very attentive and did an amazing job. I absolutely loved the cut. However, the overall experience was disappointing. My voucher included a hair wash, but when it came time to do it, they told me they had no clean towels available. I had to leave without getting my hair shampooed as promised. 5 stars for Isac, but the shop needs better organization.
Amazing!!!
Online order
I ordered two bottles of shaving oil last Thursday. It is now Tuesday, and I have not yet received them.
I called in today to your branch in Arnotts. The man there was very helpful and pleasant and he said he'd contact you in Ratoath and text me to let me know what's happening.
Update 16 February 2026:
I received it eventually on Friday, by which time I had decided to abort the transaction, not only because of the delay but also the fact that your website showed no phone number or email address.
You did try to tackle the delivery delays once you became aware of them. You emailed me, and dealt with me courteously, even offering to add "goodies" to my package.
I have bought a bottle of the oil today in one of your shops.
No hard feelings on my part from the misfiring online transaction.
I wish you continued success. If I like the oil, I'll keep buying it. Now that I know that I can buy in in your shops, I won't try again to do so online.
My go to place in Maynooth
I have been going to The Grafton Barber at Tesco Maynooth for years. Why? 3 reasons.
Because I get the cut I want.
The staff are so friendly.
It is so handy to free park and shop at the same time.
I lost all my hair after chemo in 2019 and decided that if it ever grew back I would 'go mad' with it! Renata at The Grafton Barber gets it and enables me to express my hair style the way that makes me feel better about myself! Can't say enough good about my experiences there.
Don't take my word - try it!
