I've been a Grenn Kompania Internet customer for over a year and I have to share my personal opinion. I'm very pleased with the installation. The precise and accurate work performed by the installers. The home internet network works 24/7 without any issues and is free for the first three months. I only paid after three months, and it's a very good value. I recommend it.

No pushy selling, just great info
A couple weeks ago I got one of the leaflets through my door and I've been looking into them since, tonight Colin came to the door and took me through everything. He checked my current contract, what I could be saving and explained how quick the instal could be.
He was great, really friendly and helpful, not pushy at all about taking up Grain or moving etc and has set everything in motion to have my instal done within the next 3 days

I phoned to cancel my contract unfortunately as im moving home and grain dont provide internet in my new area the woman on the phone was lovely and dealt with my request in outstanding time and was lovely to talk to. Can I just add that I'm sad to be leaving grain as ive been with them a few years now and never had a problem when my connection was disrupted late last year due work being done on my house they dealt with it fast and had me reconnected with in a few days, once they provide internet to my new area I will certainly be going back.

Arrived on time plus quick call to tell me approximate time of arrival. Justin introduced himself and fully explained the installation. He was very efficient there was no mess apart from a little dust which went into a little bag so no cleaning afterwards. He took all his rubbish away. Would highly recommend.
