I’m writing this review because I am shopping again from Grandado. They are GRAND! Prices and shipping fees were very reasonable. My cat bed arrived safe and sound. I’m about to buy another one. Selling obvious, cheap fakes
They sent me an obviously fake item and then tried to offer a voucher instead of a refund. It’s all just cheap fakes that have been made in China. Buyer beware.

Tracking the order was terrible
The provided link showed the order had not been shipped. A second order for the same item had arrived before the first order. Contacting customer service via the website is very difficult. Once I succeeded I was told the tracking had a fault and the tracking process had changed - however many of the automated emails all pointed to the wrong tracking portal - the one email with the new link could not be found - it was subsequently forwarded again by the team.
In addition the item has not arrived yet - as mentioned the same item was reordered a week later and has already been delivered.
The response asked for email and tracking number whcih I will obviously not post here - if Grandado can provide an email address I am happy to forward details.
