Warning. .Do not buy anything from them. They are Very Professional SCAMMERS.
They do not sent you what you had ordered they only send like a small empty box without any details, so it stuck in customs and also they require from the shipping company to destroy the shipment. just to tell you that we sent your item but it didn't delivered.
and when trying to catch them on whatsapp they do not answer

It is a SCAM. I have ordered two weeks ago and pai din full. The order is still tracking and have not been sent anything.

never received my order nor tracking, contacted them via WhatsApp - since that the only way to contact- been receiving "Hello," couple times as an answer, got tired of that and contacted Paypal for refund, got my money back. They either have no idea how to handle business or it's a complete SCAM, don't buy from them

It a SCAM, placed an order, didn't receive even a tracking number, tried to connect with the company, no answer, thanks God paid via PayPal so received refund with their help

I bought 4 kilos of chestnuts from the United States (U.S.). I received a package that was supposed to contain 2 kilos of chestnuts (not 4 kilos), but the chestnuts had been destroyed as importation in the U.S. is not allowed. I was not aware of that. I was disappointed that I was allowed to order and pay for prohibited products. However, I was reimbursed for the purchase, only losing a few dollars/euros due to the dollar/euro exchange. For this misadventure, I cannot put 5 stars, but at least 4, since the assistance has assisted me. I would suggest Grand Bazaar be more careful with the regulation of the state to which the products are shipped.

It was a superfast delivery, having in mind customs proceedure and the team was highly supportive through whole ordering process.

I couldn't go to Turkey for a while and I ordered online. They gave the necessary answers to all the questions I asked on whatsapp. Since it was the weekend, the cargo arrived in 4 days, but it is great that such a fast shipping from turkey to America. If you say I would recommend it, definitely.

Update...
The company did contact me and refund the difference. It turned out it was the supplier (arifoğlu shop), the supplier who provides the product to "Grand Bazaar ist" their measurement is incorrect. I appreciate Grand Bazaar ist took responsibility, but I am not happy with the supplier arifoğlu shop.

This is a very DISHONEST shop. I bought Turkish Delight with Pomegranate and Pistachio. It says it is 8.82oz but the actual weight was 7 oz. Another product Turkish Delight with Pomegranate says 17.64oz but it only has 13.5oz. Be careful with this shop. This is a very dishonest shop

My delivery just arrived!I ordered everything on Sunday night and today is Tuesday I can't believe how quickly it arrived. Everything was vacuumed and very nicely packaged. Delights and baklavas seriously so good! Thanks very much again if you read this!
