Sky aerial repair

Installation was efficient and trouble free. Technician was very helpful and professional.
Work was booked for Saturday but never happened.Same again for Monday.Work done on Tuesday. Back office difficult to contact re progress, several calls unanswered,and vague about when work would be done. Let down by poor communication and lack of transparency. Not a good experience

Friendly, efficient service

Superb service

Superb service! Booked for 10am - 2pm slot - phone call the day before to ask if I would be happy for someone to come between 8 - 9am I accepted. They arrived at 8.30am diagnosed the problem and resolved all within 1hr. Very polite and informative tradesman - will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Job done.

Poor start, automated call and voice cancelled scheduled visit due to unforeseen circumstances, promised visit was rescheduled for next day but no time or further contact. My issue was no signal from existing dish into my Freesat. Guy turned up mid morning, identified problem with LNB as not correct for my Freesat, quoted for work there and then, replaced LNB, drilled new hole, fed cables , new connectors and tested box, all okay. Thanks.
