Rude

The guy who came to repair the plug I can not fault.
But office staff need to learn some manner. Incredibly rude esp when talking to someone with a clear speech impediment after fighting mouth cancer and loosing my upper jaw to cancer

Appointment made at short notice

Appointment made at short notice. Engineer arrived as arranged. The first thing I liked was the engineer put on overshoes to protect my carpet. He checked the signal from our existing aerial, which was very poor, I agreed a very reasonable quote with his office for a new aerial and he went ahead and fitted it there and then.

The response was excellent

The response was excellent. Following my request for someone to check out my aerial, the response was swift and an engineer visited on the same day. The engineer was professional and personable. The repair work was completed to a high standard.

Jay is a brilliant engineer, but....

Jay is a brilliant engineer. He was helpful, courteous and efficient. I would give 5 stars, but I feel Wudhus Ltd a little heavy on labour charges. The units fitted cos retail (incl. vat) around £30 - £50 which meant the labour cost was £190 (incl. vat) for 40 minutes work. I think £30 less (incl. vat) would have been nearer my expectations.

Price increased as did not include VAT as stated on website

I found the price was more than expected because the website states £175 Inc VAT but the price given on the day was excluding VAT so increased to £238 Inc VAT in total. Rather expensive for their cheapest Aerial and shortest warranty.
An increase of 25% on stated price.
They also didn't arrive on stated day, came the day after.
Engineer did the job quickly.
Aerial seems to work okay.

Extremely POOR service

Extremely POOR service.
I ordered a new Aerial to be fitted for my 80 year old registered blind mum on the company's website. Was advised new Aerial would be fitted Friday between 8am-1pm so my sister took full day off to stay with my mum. I asked what the price would be but was advised Engineer will confirm price on-site??
By 12pm I had to contact them as no engineer has been in contact yet. Was advised was running late and unable to confirm what time. I called them again at 4.45pm and was advised was now re-scheduled for Monday. I cancelled as soon as possible.
