Listened to my concerns

I didn’t really want a cable coming down my sitting room wall.
The cable has been hidden behind my wardrobe and then through the wall to my sitting room.

Paid for a service and didn’t sort the…

Paid for a service and didn’t sort the issue out actually many things worse for me and my family. I called another company and they fixed the issue within ten minutes and a £50 charge. I was charged to £176 and left me with no television in my main living room which was worse then what I started with.

Once my parents got the aerial it was…

Once my parents got the aerial it was fine and the service was okay there was just some miscommunication over the phone before it was sorted. They thought I said no but all I said was I couldn't pay myself my parents would have to so they got sent away and I had to call to get them back. Also over £200 for a basic aerial is rather overpriced.

Our engineer Craig

Our engineer, Craig, was polite, friendly and competent. He gave us some very helpful advice as well as fitting out new dish very quickly. We had time for a quick general chat and he had a good sense of humor. Altogether a very pleasant experience. I could not fault your service, except I have not received my receipt yet!

Mark had the problem diagnosed within minutes, then carried out the work quickly and professionally.
