100% use this company

Great service phoned late Friday afternoon repaired and fixed before midday Saturday. Excellent communication and great service from the engineer that arrived certainly knew his trade excellent.

A good reliable service

They provided a reliable service with polite helpful engineer and we were pleased with the outcome. Would have been good if they had been able to dispose of the old aerial and rod instead of the customer having to do it. (a common gripe with all local contractors in Leeds). Two other very minor issues was the initial coaxial seal not pushed fully into hole exposing the odd bit of brick dust plus the extra cable length just left behind the TV screen and not tucked out of sight, and for those reasons they lost 1 star. However, enjoying the much improved reception now so, worth the money.

Would definitely recommend Mark

From start to finish Mark was excellent, he kept us informed as to what needed carrying out and the cost implications, he made sure we were happy to go ahead and completed the work in a very timely manner ensuring the work area was cleaned when he had finished. I would highly recommend Mark and indeed the full process from start to finish.

Engineer was well organised

Engineer was well organised, friendly and very knowledgable on satellite requirements.
This is the second time l have booked this company and the same engineer.

TV working properly again

John came out the morning I requested a call out. Looked at our old aerial, which due to location he couldn’t repair on modern health and safety grounds. A new aerial was fitted and TV is receiving Freeview again. Thank you, John.

Booking appointment was easy, and the engineer arrived at the predicted time.
He gave some very helpful advice, and fixed the problem in very good time.
Invoice was forwarded to me by email later the same day.

It was great the guy was efficient and very polite, he explained what needed doing after he’d looked at the job he gave me a price which was agreed and so he got on with the job. He left everything neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the work.
