I used this company on recommendation, little did I know that they would just sub the work out to another company.
First came Eore the grumpy template contractor. Not a traditional templator, no manual work, all done by LIDAR, but that didn't stop him moaning. Then came the three stooges to fit the worktops. They spent less than 10 minutes actually working, by that I mean 1 working and 2 watching, but fixing the tap to the worktop was apparently too difficult. The result was a quartz top bonded to my cabinets with no way of fitting the tap which they ripped out of the cabinet along with the sink waste and thrown in a drawer. Only solution was to cut the majority of the back panel from my cabinet and contort myself to refit it. The quartz is absolutely fine but the company are not and as a property developer I will not be using them again and I have informed the kitchen supplier that they should avoid recommending them again in the future.

Everything went according to plan. Templating occurred when it was supposed to. The installation went according to plan and the tops look great!

I have been working closely with Richard for around a year now and at every point I have found him to be professional, open, and most importantly, transparent. He clearly knows his corner of the industry and I am proud to be able to depend on a guy like him. The projects are always great to discuss and are varied, such is his experience.
