I read good reviews about grapedata here on trustpilot and decided to give it a try. I submitted some tasks successfully and uploaded all the necessary data they requested. One task was accepted and paid for, but the rest that were in review changed status to disqualified. This is surprising since the interviews met the eligibility criteria and were submitted successfully. When I wrote an email to their support team a week ago, I have not received any response regarding the same. Now I am lost between continuing being their contributor or not.

Was invited to one of their interviews. Took much longer than the advertised 10 minutes, considering the lengthy sign up and screening process. Also included video interview questions, which was not communicated transparently upfront. The team is unprofessional. Stay away.

This application it's fake, because I opened three accounts they blocked my profile without any reason I can't work, who has this happened to?

Grape Data is good, I believe that, but there are a lot of issues I can't seem to wrap my head around. Firstly, I did a test that has multiple responses, and of all the 7 responses I submitted with evidence of call and all, they are all declined. Secondly (and I really hope to get an explanation for this), I did a test and after being reviewed, the earning of $84 was added to my account, after a day or two, the earning was taken back, my earning went back to zero, and the tests went back to 'In Review' status. After like a week plus, my earning begins to read $-84 and I am wondering why my earning reads a minus. Is it that I am owing or what exactly is happening? The whole experience is becoming really unpleasant.

I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to me. I need to know when I’ll get the balance that is showing. I have $40 balance, and it’s been there for about 2-3 weeks now. I don’t know if I did something wrong.

I'm very happy with Grapedata, but why my friend I told about Grapedata can't register, he were told that his number is virtual I don't understand why?

The rate of decline is alarmingly high, as they persist in collecting data without compensating their contributors. Most of the reasons they provide via email are nonsensical, making it impossible for anyone to comprehend after expending significant effort and real money on phone calls with the indeveduals that u will need to call and then provide a screenshot that you called them , this guys who are often difficult to reach due to their busy schedules. It's important to note that they are incentivizing individuals to write positive reviews about them, particularly on platforms like Trustpilot, where you'll often find individuals from India expressing gratitude and leaving five-star ratings. Exercise caution, as they only pay for one task, sometimes none at all.
