I placed my order almost two weeks ago. Still not received it. Customer service has not responded to several emails I have sent to them already and automated AI keeps informing me that my order is being processed. For how long one may ask?

Delivery took long time, but it was specify on the website that due to the holidays season there is expected additional waiting time (ordered 28Dec24, delivered 14Jan25).
I really don't like that in the website is the clock telling you end of the discout period to rush you to buy the product, but actually the 'promotion' last forever. We bought gravity blanket for 159 euro on 28Dec24.
Package received in good order. Blanket is warm and good for the winter season.
Unfortunately, have to sent it back, it was not comfortable for us.
We have communicate with the company via WhatsApp chat on the website and they were very responsive.
Return of the item went well, and we reveived the money back within the promised timeline.

It took a little longer to arrive than I had anticipated, but my daughter loves it - she says it’s really comfortable!

Despite a slightly delayed delivery (black Friday period), customer care was quick to respond via WhatsApp and in the end my delivery was only delayed a couple of days.

I thought I liked their items, wait until summer comes.

Even in spring you won't be able to use this because you will turn into toast. now you might like becoming a toast, in that case, make sure you got butter on the side to spread on yourself. I however hate it. it gets super hot. their customer care is non responsive and no sight of cooling cover availability. I would not recommend anyone buy these gravity deke thing. get a down or comforter instead.

Hello, I have placed an order and there is an issue with delivery. In addition I am unable to get any reply from the customer service team after multiple attempts. It is difficult to determine if this order will ever be delivered.

The blanket itself is super nice, Im very happy with the purchase.
There were a few hiccups with the delivery though, so it took longer than expected, but the support team was very nice and patiently talked to me every day and updated me on the status.

No product received after 2 weeks - No news - Service is a desaster

I returned product and this is day 16 and I haven't received refund.

It was a bit challenging to get clarity around how the product can be returned but in the end Gravity Blankets has helped me and restored the communication in a pleasant way.

- I would rate 4.5 but it’s not possible so I went with 5. I think a rating of 4 seems to be a little unfair :)

Let me elaborate on the points above.

First of all, about delivery time. It roughly took a week for the order to be delivered to my house. I was ok with it because I ordered during the holiday season so I knew the orders wouldn’t get processed as fast as I wanted to. In general, all the steps is professionally done, information is communicated clearly. After the order was placed I got a confirmation email. After the package was sent I got a tracking number. Their blankets are made in Poland and would be sent directly from those factories so depends on where you are the delivery time will vary. As long as you don’t expect to order at 23:59 PM and get your blankets tomorrow afternoon then I don’t think there’s anything to complain here.

Next, let’s talk about the return process (this may be different for you or depends on where you live). I once ordered some blankets but decided to return them. If I remember correctly, it was something about the size or the weight of the blankets, (we’re happy about the quality, more on that later). I sent a few messages on WhatsApp, they replied promptly, even during the weekend. I didn’t expect that. They sent me a return label, I print it out and drop it at the post office. Everything was fast and painless. I read some other comments complaining about customer service and just couldn’t understand. Gravity’s customer service was one of the most responsive that I have ever seen. They replied promptly, they replied in the evening, and also during the weekends. They handled my requests fast. They were polite. I ordered via Klarna and they updated the order accordingly. I mean, it’s everything you could ask for in CS.

Last but not least, about the product itself, I really like the fur-like softness of the fabric. I have a rather sensitive skin and sometimes I will have allergy with rough or hard fabric. But not with Gravity blanket’s fabric. Another thing that I really like about the product is how you can easily remove the blanket from the cover. They have 4 zip lines on all 4 sizes, just unzip them and the two would be separated. This make removing the cover to wash and then re-attach them together much easier. It also keeps things in place, the blanket is always flat, it doesn’t get “condensed” to a corner like a normal one. The only thing I may complain about is the zip line on the cover (not the 4 lines inside), sometimes it doesn’t stay in place, If I pulled a little too hard on the wrong spot it would open. It doesn’t happen often so not a deal breaker for me.

So there you have it. I think Gravity does offer decent products with good customer services. Price wise, the products provide good value and seem to last with proper care. So I would definitely recommend them.
