I lost my email which contained my gift card and got in touch with customer services. A new email was sent out the next working day by Sophie. Great service. Thank you.

Having read one or two of the reviews posted, my own experience was very similar.
Due to ill health within the family, had not been able to use my card within what I thought was the designated timeframe.
Contacted Customer Service and received a very speedy and courteous response from Cordelia confirming the balance on my card could be used until 2026.

I was accidentally charged for more than the one voucher I had ordered. I wrote to customer service who solved the problem the very same day. Excellent service!

I had an exceptional experience when contacting Great British Pub Card's customer service. Due to a long-term illness and months of Chemotherapy, my gift card had expired. I explained my situation, and to my pleasant surprise, Sophie from customer service extended the expiration date, allowing me, now I'm well enough to finally enjoy it. This experience has restored my faith in the kindness of others. I look forward to relishing my long-awaited pub meal. Thank you, Sophie.

I received a voucher for my birthday. When I realised the voucher was nearing the expiry date and we were going away before the date, I was kindly given an extension on the voucher so we could enjoy it when we return. Many thanks, The Great British Pub Card!

I had a query with a gift card and contacted customer services. I received a prompt reply and the issue was resolved. They were very helpful.

Contacted company as I could not find a balance on line, as the card number was not recognised when I presented it.
The problem was dealt with very quickly and resolved even though it was a Sunday evening when I contacted them.

Had a little problem with my egift vouchers not showing, I sent an email to customer service at 8.30pm and Sophie sent replacement vouchers early the very next morning. Absolutely fantastic service thank you Sophie.

I went to the crooked billet in Iver last week with a friend for lunch,the team were friendly,helpful and welcoming. The food was very nice and the correct portions. Will plan to go more in the near future! Highly recommended!
