I contacted the customer service team when my gift card took awhile to arrive. They quickly and professionally reassured me that the delay was due to the festive period. Sophie was very helpful and offered some solutions to fix the issue. I am extremely grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to order with this company again.

I was stupid enough to permanently delete my e-gift card. I made a plea to customer services and they very quickly resent the card.

I had a voucher code and physical card and wanted to combine the two. I emailed the customer services team and a very helpful lady called Sophie arranged for the voucher’s balance to be added to my card.

Gift voucher is great. I had a query as it has taken 9 days for the voucher to get to me. I emailed them and they got back to me to confirm that the voucher had been posted on 4/12/25, a day after I ordered it. Unfortunately, it took Royal Mail 9 days to deliver it. Customer services were excellent - highly recommend this product.

Could not find vouchers in my email inbox. I contacted Customer Services and they were recent immediately.

Customer service replied to my email promptly , great communications. Very friendly lady that handled my problem professionally that made a difficult situation bearable.

Bought a gift card for my husband. Straight forward and easy website to use. However I typed in his email address incorrectly, I contacted customer services to get them to check and they answered my email and sent the gift card to the correct email address in under an hour. This is the second time I've used the great British pub card , I normally get the black Friday deals spent 80 pounds and got 2 pounds for free what's not to like.

I made a mistake when ordering a voucher, got in touch with customer services, gave me a refund promptly and I then reordered it. Very good customer services. And food is good as well and very reasonable.

Sent an e-mail enquiry after not being able to check in to get my card balance and expiry online. To my surprise I received an e-mail back with the information from Sophie within a couple of hours.

Emailed customer service due to an issue with gift card redemption. Within 30 minutes, Sophie from customer service replied and rectified the issue. Excellent, hassle-free customer service, delivered with compassion and reassurance.

Spoke to Sophie customer care manager regarding an issue I had with my gift card.

She was excellent and professional and sorted my problem within 2 emails in 30 minutes so outstanding and amazing customer service.

The intended recipient hadn't received the gift voucher so I emailed customer service to receive a response that their working hours were 9-5 Monday to Friday, this was a Saturday afternoon and we were intending to use the voucher the following day for a family get together... Anyway to my surprise I received a response from Cordelia to say she'd resent the email and included a link for me (which was fantastic because the other email was never received, can only presume I entered the address incorrectly!) I responded with thanks for picking up my query outside of office hours, really excellent customer service which saved the day.
