I have visited The Rushcutters in Norwich several times, always excellent .. I purchased some vouchers recently and I lost them, my fault. I emailed customer services and it was resolved straight away, brilliant service. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended .

I could only find my email confirmation but not the email with my gift card details, I sent an email & was resent my card within 24 hrs, great service thank you

We had some gift cards that had expired. We contacted them and explained the situation and they were compassionate and reloaded the gift cards. Shout out to Sophie for being great!

Really disappointing experience!!
I ordered an e gift on the 6th March to be sent by text on the 7th March. This was not received by my recipient and I consequently chased to be told that the system said it had been sent.
Clearly it hadn’t and texts do not go into spam!!
The e gift was resent on the 10th March and received. However this was a Birthday gift which was not received until three days later and gives the impression of an afterthought which is extremely disappointing.
As a company taking responsibility for this has been really disappointing.
No apology or any incentive to smooth over a bad experience.
Consequently I will not be recommending or using their services in the future.
Company reputation relies on good customer service - this is clearly lacking at Great British Pub Card 🤬

Purchased £50 worth of tokens in December 3 times Never arrived . I purchase 4th in January and never arrived once more .Greene king has no idea what's going on . I would say don't trust them at all waste of time faulty website

The money came out my account in seconds.
The gift was never sent

Awful! Do not get anybody one of these cards. I was given one with £100 on it as a thank-you. Couldn't use it in my only local pub/restaurant. When I checked my balance, I then discovered it expires after only 12 months and they keep your money! Straight forward theft! They have no customer services at all, useless. I will never buy one of these for anybody and strongly recommend that you don't.

Was given 2x£20 physical Gift Cards, went to use both but one came up as not validated even though the receipts from ASDA say the opposite. So the person who bought them for me is out of pocket by £20.

Take your money and don't send out vouchers on agreed date. Very disappointed brother in law on his birthday. Don't buy vouchers from this company. Unreliable dishonest. Don't reply to numerous emails. No phone contact!! Very dissatisfied customer who has still not had reply 10 days later
DO NOT ORDER GIFT VOUCHERS FROM THIS COMPANY. Just give cash instead

Bought it for my dad birthday. He got the text message but no code to scan so no clue how he spends it. One more thing I was meant to get second email and still waiting maybe day 3 will bring it.

This company takes your money and gives you no ease of access to using your money, I'm not stupid and I'd like to think I know what im doing.. however I fell for this pretty easy, I was won over by the free money that would be added to my payment, however I paid 30.00 and was given nothing in return, I tried to use the code at the pub and was told it didn't make any sense and was of no use, I tried to contact gifts great british pub card numerous times with no success,, then when I did finally manage to gain a response, they surprisingly told me not (my voucher had expired), which I find very frustrating, given the fact I paid money into something I was never given the proof of investing in,, my advice to anyone is don't waste your well earned money

Excellent service from customer care.
I received a gift card for Christmas, My local Green King was unable to activate it. I sent an Email to the Great British pub card and immediately received a reply. They transferred the money to a new card and posted it to me on the same day. I would call this excellent customer care

No one takes the card.
Two green king pubs have visited, never heard of the card

Bought a £30 voucher on 16th November, for my brothers Christmas present. He's since told me he's not doing Christmas presents this year, so I went to Sainsbury's for a refund. They said I had to contact GBPC, who told me no way - it's down to Sainsbury's. Now I'm stuck with it - it's no use to me. GBPC's contact is very complex, and in microprint - very difficult to navigate. Please don't use this firm - they have no goodwill, even at Christmas.

As above comment in regards to getting hold of them via working number or email.

But i was brought £70 and i used it two months later i used it for the first time and there was only 5.90 credit on it.

Havent been able to contact anyone.

Totally abysmal - Highly recommend you do NOT use this company.
They quote a telephone number in their T's and C's but the number is answered automatically and says "No longer in use - please call another number". This new number simply goes to voicemail.
They also totally IGNORE every email sent to them. They are simply uncontactable!
This was all as a result of non-delivery of the goods purchased from them.
Add this to the fact that the Manager of the venue we visited had never heard of them, despite them naming the venue on their site!
