What can I say.... We have never been on a safari before and boy what an experience! From start to finish we had amazing time. There isn't anyway this trip couldn't of been better. Accommodation was luxury, staff were amazing and super friendly, food was exceptional. The guides (sipho and taboo) went well out of their way to make sure we seen everything we wanted to see and more. They were also really funny and great company. We had our last evening meal at a boma under the stars with a fire in the middle of the enclosure it was really special. It wasn't over crowded there were only a handful of people there, we had a private safari which we never expected. I will 100 percent visit kapama buffalo again. Well done to everyone at the camp you did a phenomenal job.

I was really unsure where to book. This was our first safari and my first time in South Africa. Richard was amazing start to finish. Once I had booked he continued to give me recommendations for things to see in Cape Town (where I was staying after the safari). Kapama was amazing! I absolutely cannot fault a single thing. I am so glad we booked there with Richard. It made our trip. Eveything was perfect!

Vanessa helped us organise our ‘bucket list’ trip to South Africa and it didn’t disappoint. A week on safari in Sabi Sands/Timbavati and a week in Cape Town and the winelands. Vanessa was extremely reliable and responsive. Everything went like clockwork in a country that can sometimes be a little volatile. We were told there was a high probability we would see some animals, but we were blown away by what we saw and the whole experience. Vanessa’s recommendations and helpful tips were outstanding. We would have no hesitation in recommending using Greatest Africa.

We had a fabulous 2-week holiday in South Africa to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. All our accommodation and internal flights were booked through Greatest Africa and the travel arrangements and accommodation choices were flawless. We spent time discussing possible itineraries with Richard and Vanessa beforehand and they did the rest! From our more-than-amazing safari in Klaserie game reserve in the Kruger area to our self-drive holiday which took in Cape Town, Franschoek, Knysna and the Little Karoo among others, everything contributed to make this a holiday to remember. We appreciated not only the excellent accommodation choices but also the overall help and reactivity provided by Greatest Africa. The staff in every place we stayed were helpful and professional and it was great to never have to confirm bookings but just turn up on the appointed day. Huge thanks for a truly amazing holiday!

Greatest Africa listen carefully to my vacation requests and planned a complete package. All stays, transfers, and even a special dietary need. I would recommend them if you want to be sure you are going to get the vacation you expect.

PERFECT.. I must admit I was a bit dubious about using a travel agent in another country that I had never heard of or used before but they were BRILLIANT. Vanessa took care of every detail - from macro scheduling of camps and flights to activities along the way and complex airport transfers - nothing was left to chance and everything was truly top notch throughout. Our group has the trio of a lifetime!

Our trip was truly wonderful, and we had the most amazing time. All of the accommodation was beautiful, the hosts were amazing, the itinerary was perfectly planned and we’ve been recommending Greatest Africa to all of our friends. The Safari of course was extra special (so much so I cried when we left Hamilton’s, we’d happily live there!)

I made arrangements with The Greatest Africa company for my 2 daughters and myself between March 24 and April 02 with a 4 day safari at Timbavati Nature Reserve and Kings Camp. Unbelievable service and all worked like a Swiss Watch. Then 3 nights in Capetown and 2 nights in Stellenbosch. Everything was handled very well with superb accommodations, transfers, sightseeing and internal flights. Can highly recommend this company with Richard Hilton as the MD, and his very capable staff.

We had a great time in the Cape Town area over Christmas and New Years 2023.
Greatest Africa gave us several options so we could with their experience combine our own preferences, it worked out very well.
The suggestion to move to different hotels every three nights was perfect. We could explore the neighbourhood without the need for long transports. It was exciting transferring to the next area after a few days. We really loved the fantastic stay at Auberge Clairmont in Franschoek.
The dinner at Petit Combine will be remembered for ever. Take the chance and reserve a table if you have the possibillity, you will not regret it.

Greatest Africas suggestions for accomodation, wine tasting and restaurants were excellent.
