Thank you for your comments - we use DPD because in our experience, overall they offer an excellent service across the country. We could use a very premium courier although we would need to pass this cost on in full. We're sorry to hear that your wine was not delivered but DPD looked to have done what they were asked and attempted delivery on two occasions, and it isn't clear why delivery was not possible. Please do let us know if this account is inaccurate. As part of their policy, and ours, they require proof of age from a signatory and hence the wines cannot just be left. From looking into the detail the refund for your order was made and although we far prefer to deliver wine we hope that this process was straightforward.
