I made a last minute decision on the design of the bag. I needed it sooner and the one I chose was a few weeks as made to order. Lianne was very responsive in emailing me and she had no issues changing my order. The bag was delivered very quickly and I am very happy with it. Some changing bags on the market are ridiculous prices, but this one is unique, has everything I need including a spacious inside compartment and has not cost the earth!

Beautiful nappies , bought before. Lianne has a great business I wouldn't hesitate recommending. My daughter loves these nappies for granddaughter. I was hesitant at start but so glad decided to get these , I had visions of when I was younger the terry type but times have changed !

Great product, better than I thought it would be and although the delivery terms were 2-3 weeks, mine arrived within 3 days.

Poor customer service. Raised a potential quality issue. Got a passive aggressive response suggesting is pull the inserts.
Wouldn't purchase from them again.
Save yourself some bother an invest in more expensive nappies.

Amazing nappy bag - useful and pretty! I searched for weeks trying to find a nappy bag that was as big as the standard brands but with fun and funky patterns - green cheeks is the answer to my prayers!!! The patterned wet bags are wonderful too!

I’ve ordered a couple of times from this lovely little business; both times such a great experience. Highly recommend Lianne’s creations; everything is made with such attention to detail, strong durability and super functional. We had a changing bag made last time which has been worth its weight in gold and now we’ve been making good use of her pocket nappies. Using just a couple of boosters at a time and we haven’t had any leaks. Wash amazingly well, dry mega quick and the prints and patterns are so cute. I hope they’ll be even more to choose from as we’ve got a collection going on now!😊

Lovely products and fast delivery. My only issue was the fact that the bag I ordered was not in its own packaging. Not normally an issue but the box was left on my doorstep in the rain and got very soggy. Luckily the bag could be dried, but other things may not have been able to wipe.
This is a delivery company issue really if you could take it up with them.
Other than that I would have given 5 stars.
