Great customer service from Debbie and Sophie

I spoke with Debbie and Sophie on Facebook messenger as my steriliser broke today. I could not have asked for a better service and support to ensure that I was given the right support. Within less than half an hour all questions were answered a new steriliser ordered and the old one arranged for collection. Very grateful for their polite and kind response. Thank you both so much for working late and helping me - I was so worried about what to do as the cost of another steriliser wasn’t possible at the moment due to maternity leave! ☺️

I had such an amazing experience with Tommee Tippee customer service today. I spoke with Morgan, and she was honestly so kind, caring, and helpful throughout the whole conversation. As an expecting mom, little acts of kindness and support really mean a lot, and Morgan went above and beyond to make me feel supported and excited for this new journey.

The process was easy, friendly, and genuinely personal — not just a generic customer service interaction. You can really tell they care about their customers and families. I’m so thankful for the help and generosity they offered me.

Thank you again Morgan and the Tommee Tippee team for making my day a little brighter. I’ll definitely continue recommending Tommee Tippee to other parents and parents-to-be!

The support and encouragement from the advisor was heartwarming especially when I explained about a cup being discontinued and a young autistic girl only wants that cup.

I am a new mum

I am a new mum, and was given a hand help TT electric pump as a present. Found it easy and comfortable to use but now I want to start expressing more often I started looking for a wearable portable pump. Reading reviews and looking at blogs online there are many different recommendations. I did order a medela one to try and couldn’t get on with the fit of the nipple. So I decided to look at TT wearable double pump as I did find the handheld one good. I have to say it’s excellent, easy to use, each pump is individually so doesn’t need a controller like the medela one. Comfortable and comes with a nipple measuring kit and a travel case again other do not come with. I like the timer on the top also. Highly recommended.

Tommee Tippee were really helpful.I was looking for replacement heads for the baby Nail file and when they were out of stock they sent me the full baby nail file kit free of charge which I found was extremely good of them .My son (31 years old with additional needs )we use this on his nails which we find is really good .He has a lot of sensory needs and this file is very helpful .So thank you for being helpful 🇮🇪

Great costumer service

I contacted tommee tippee via chat about some replacement file heads for the electric baby nail file. I was speaking to Antony who was so helpful and provided me with a free file replacement as I have only had the file for 1 year and we use it once a week to file my daughters nails. Antony sorted everything and was super polite throughout the chat.

Impeccable customer service

I had some issues with a delivery for a bundle but when contacted the customer service I was amazed by the professionalism offered by Honorine and ESPECIALLY Antony. He went to the bottom of the problem and made me realise that actually I was missing 2 products from my parcel instead of just 1 as I thought. I cannot recommend enough and after such care in the custom service department I have no doubts I'll buy more from Tommee Tippee.

I had a problem with my rapid cool bottle

I had a problem with my rapid cool bottle as digital screen stopped working after 2/3 weeks of using. I have contacted customer services of tommee tippee and within and hour or so I had a replacement been sent to me.
Quick and easy process, sent a video of an issue and proof of purchase. That was it!
Very helpful staff Anna, Jude, & Cienna!
