I reached out on Instagram as an expecting first time mum and Cienna and Andy were both incredibly kind, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, arranged a thoughtful gift for my baby, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I had an issue with the tommee tippee prep machine. It was dispensing the correct amount of water. It was an oz short everytime. the lady I spoke to was very helpful and as I had done everything she suggested she then ordered a replacement to be sent out and it arrived 3 days later. She was very lovely, polite and helpful. I Wasn’t on hold or waiting ages for the phone to get answered and kept me up to date via call and email. Overall very happy with the experience

I reached out for help regarding my son’s bottle, he’s autistic and has ARFID, he’s had his blue bottle for near 10 years. They couldn’t find the bottle as it was discontinued however Debbie sent me out a pack of bottles in the hope he would except one. Thankyou Debbie for taking the time to help me massively appreciated the kindness and quick delivery also

Had issues with the tommee tippee prep pro machine. Reached to a member of customer service and spoke to Martin. A lovely chap and helped me and guided me throughout with troubleshoot with setting up the new machine. Happy to say that he got the machine in working order on a step by step process and also helped me with all my questions. Thank you martin. Only downside was that he took time to respond but apologised for it. Thank you Martin!

If you’re having a summer baby good luck, especially in this UK heat wave. Literally can’t use it as it’s too warm. It’s quicker to measure the formula, boil the kettle and use the nuby cooler by the time you’ve emptied it and re filtered cold water. And when you do manage to use it with cooler water you have to repeat the process every time you come back to it for another bottle. Not ideal at 03:00am🤣 if it was winter, laughing would be so handy!

My partner lost 2 stars from the advance anti colic bottles down our sink drain when washing them and when I contacted customer support, I had a lovely lady named Debbie who quickly and kindly got a new set of stars sent out to my address free of charge. Really are such a great company/great quality and amazing customer support

I needed to replace the duckbill valves for my electric pump and couldn't find them anywhere besides the Tommee Tippee UK site. I reached out through chat on how to order these replacements and received prompt and easy help. The customer service person ordered them for me and they were free. I received tracking updates and they arrived very timely. Happy with the service I was provided!
