Never received options for meals
I never received any emails after I signed up telling me what the choices were for the week so they chose what to send me and they sent just do I high calorie meals which I shouldn’t be eating.
The meals were good. I then tried to cancel the subscription and they made it very difficult to cancel. I couldn’t figure out how to do it. It took me a while and then I figured it out.

Our meals didn’t have the protein…
Our meals didn’t have the protein included. I was only refunded the portion of the purchase for the protein, but I was unable to use any of the meals as the main ingredients were missing.

The salmon dish was my least favorite
The salmon dish was my least favorite. I go between Green Chef and Home Chef…I love their salmon dishes and steelhead trout dishes. I am trying another salmon this week.

Best Meal Kit Service
The ingredients, meals, and service are fantastic. Everything is delicious, and it has revolutionized the way my partner and I enjoy food. If you haven’t tried this or have tried other meal kits, I would 100% give this a shot.
The UI of the app is fairly easy to understand. It really makes planning meals painless.
The delivery timeframes are a bit inconsistent with some boxes being delivered at 2pm and others at 7pm, but that isn’t a direct reflection of the actual service being provided.
The order accuracy is always perfect. I have yet to experience any missing items - I have received extra protein or vegetables though!
They do have diet regulated specific meals (gluten free, pescatarian, gut friendly, etc) so this is a great option for anyone who wants to give it a shot. I could not recommend more.

Question Insulin resistance choice
Clear recipes. Too much use of filler grains in offerings hard to find low sugar, carb smart and high protein for insulin resistance. Need specific offerings to choose from.

Last meals never arrived
Last meals never arrived; they issued a refund. Weird time for them to request a review.
Overall good quality and variety, and they do a good job at keeping an array of pescatarian and vegetarian options.
Edit: After leaving this review they offered $30 dollars off my next non-discounted box, I added a star to my rating, I think we're square. Green Chef is a pretty good delivery service.

Worth a try!
The food always arrived well packaged and cold. The food is a cut above all other home deliveries. I liked it was clean and tasty. I’ve used many home deliveries previously but by far Green Chef is the best.

Hands down the best meal service
Like you, I tried every food prep delivery service that there is. I settled on Green Chef US over two years ago and rarely have I been disappointed. Ok, once they left out the brussel sprouts - but I would have tossed them in the trash anyway. What guy eats Brussel Sprouts??
The recipes are easy to follow...orderly and fast to prepare. The food, fruits, spices and sauces that they provide are always excellent (except for those $)((% brussel sprouts. In my mind, I have gone from a burger cook to a gourmet chef thanks to Green Chef US.
