Attention to detail and procedure very poor
(1) Do inform customers BEFORE they arrive that those taking a courtesy car while having their own cars serviced will be required to show a driving licence.
(2) Do ensure when informing customers that their serviced vehicle is ready for collection that it is indeed ready for collection and NOT 1 hr after said notification.
(3) Do ensure that the customer's service record is updated BEFORE they drive their car away.
Anything else will appear incompetent and unprofessional requiring, in my case, shuttling between home and the service centre 8 times!
It is now 4th October and Greenhous has still not replied - it is all too obvious they only respond to favourable reviews. Very poor customer service.

Purchased a Nissan Juke
Purchased a Nissan Juke, treated very courteously and made to feel comfortable as soon as we walked into the showroom. All the staff we met there were lovely, especially Mike, our salesman. Thank you Mike for making it such a smooth transaction. Awesome car too.

A 1 star is generous
A 1 star is generous! Purchased a brand new car, paid £23k cash. Delivered with excessive mileage, dirty, driver filled in the delivery check sheet for me, and lied. I did not complete it, nor was I satisfied with the delivery. Not shown the basics, just given the keys and he left. Problem with blemish on the bonnet, at their request driven 50 miles+ to get quotes. They are now refusing to repair/replace and now not responding to any of my emails!

Buyers beware!
Greenhous have a prestige section called Lumen Automotive who advertise cars on Autotrader. They have a devious scheme going where Autotrader list a specification for the advertised car however the specification is for a current model not necessarily the car advertised. There is a disclaimer saying the spec shown may not be on the advertised car. Greehous/Lumen don’t appear to mind this as it gives them plausible deniability when a customer gets a car that doesn’t have many of the extras that they thought they were getting. Very clever/devious but hardly good business practice.
