Amazing company!
Received my laptop today in amazing condition with an easy ordering platform and really quick delivery. Really good prices, Would recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a Dell for around €500 the graphics card didn’t work from day one, the ports on the card were difficult to input a lead and it was askew, I called tech and they asked me to take out the card and blow on it!
So I took it out and put it back which is quite fiddly and it still didn’t work, it’s being taken back so I will update when I hopefully get a working machine back which they say will be at least a week!

No credible Customer Support. Bought a refurbished laptop in Aug 2022 and battery needed replacement after using it . Customer support advised by telephone that once battery was <60%, they would cover under their standard 1 year warranty. Raised a ticket in Dec 2022 and haven't heard back since. I contacted Greenit today only to be told now that they don't cover for battery replacement under their warranty. Mixed messaging from Greenit. I don't normally write reviews but did here out of pure frustrations from the lack of Customer Support.

I purchased a refurbed HP laptop which was in excellent condition and as described - I had a small technical issue which the team resolved completely to my satisfaction - brilliant to deal with and I will deal with again

They fixed a mistake on an order with minimal hastle to me. Great customer service

Nothing bad to say - ordered an ex-corporate Dell Optiplex 7020 tower from them last week - excellent pre-sales service, delivered on-time, nicely-packed, looked 'as new', worked straight out of the box.
First time I've had a PC with a ssd in it - and I'm delighted with the performance, and the value for money.
My (very) old laptop is starting to misbehave - and I'll be coming to greenit for a replacement.

i purchased a lenovo laptop and 32 gig of ram from green it Naas great customer serves and excellent quality will defiantly be buying a gaming pc from here !!!

Great service and aftersales service as I ordered the wrong product. Everything was fast efficient and super friendly. We will be using this company again especially when it is so difficult to get Lithium-Ion batteries through the post/courier.

I bough a laptop from GreenIT online to to be delivered to my home in UK. Payment went through and I received a confirmation email saying item will be delivered in 2-3 days. Then next day I received a call from someone in GreenIT asking me if they could send laptop to an address in Ireland instead, I said not possible and then they say sorry but they could not deliver the laptop to UK due to potential problems with repatriating product if unwanted. That was odd as I have bought from them before, but that was before Brexit so though ok, get a refund then. When the refund was made it was £45 less than what I paid and on inquiring with GreenIT about it they just say it must have been my bank making charges, not even an apology. Only a few days later a friend email them and ask if they ship to UK and they say yes no problem, so UK buyers beware, misleading info and questionable tactics!

i purchased online a used laptop from green it. while the laptop was not suited to my needs the service was excellent and the refund paid asap. thank you green it wonderful service .. i will be happy to shop with them again

Made sure the laptop I bought fulfilled my needs at a very reasonable price.

Fast delivery, excellent product, very responsive and detailed.

Rubbish customer support. Bought 32 x chromebooks for school use, four of which gave trouble & stopped working. Green IT weren't interested and fobbed us off with dealing with the manufacturer. Very time consuming to be dealing with this nonsense. These were new devices. Refurbished stuff that they offer is not great either.

Fantastic company, would highly recommend. Brilliant customer support. Delivery was fast and packaging was perfect, everything arrived safe. Will use again.

I have ordered on the 7th a Laptop and an iPhone with greenIT for the first time.
two days later i've noticed that the notebook that I have ordered had a new price on there website for 500 euros less.
After contacting greenIT about it my order was changed fast for the new price.
I have ordered for the extra money that i have saved on the notebook an apple Watch two.
Both the iPhone and the apple watch were Renewed and not new.
I must say you could not see difference between a Used and a renewed one.
- GreenIT provided me with 100% battery capacity on both the Phone and Watch.
- They Provide you with original 2m-long apple caple which is not the norm.
- The phone and the watch where spotless and scratchless.
GreenIT support on chat & Phone are excellent.
I can only suggest that you buy all your electronics from them

Great sales and after sales support. I have dealt with Green IT for a number of years and keep going back because of the level of service. They have also proved to be invaluable in repairing a laptop that I had been told couldn't be fixed.
