Amazing Service
We used Greenleaf for the Walima at Marriott Hotel on 31st August.
Sammir and his team were exceptional from the initial meeting to the very end.
On the day we had uncle Asif managing the event who was terrific along with the event coordinator and all Greenleaf staff. Sammir and Rehan both came to the event and ensured everything was seamless! Sammir and Rehan both treated us like family and made everything extremely easy for us!
The food exceeded all expectations and was phenomenal. All guests left happy and complimented every dish from the canapés, starters, mains and desserts! Thank you for your suggestions and helping put together a great selection.
Greenleaf was also fantastic with the in-house wedding suppliers, and helped to manage and coordinate everything which took away all stresses.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.

I just wish I could give more stars to Greenleaf Catering than just 5 stars as Greenleaf are absolutely exceptional.
From day one we've had Sammir Saroya the (main boss) of Greenleaf who has handled all our enquires leading up to the catering for our wedding day.
Sammir has been incredibly supportive and he made sure that we had the perfect day. On the day of my wedding I arrived early waiting outside the venue to get in, I saw a massive Greenleaf van in front of me and I was pleasantly surprised to see Sammir come out and he came over to give me a cuddle wishing me the best day. I felt so honoured that the main owner of Greenleaf himself came down on our wedding day to make sure everything went perfectly. The entire Greenleaf team went above and beyond and provided an exceptional service. The entire team were professional and was absolutely amazing every single staff that was there.
Now to mention the food... I'm still dreaming about the food and wish I could have it everyday. Greenleaf Catering cooked all the items we had on our menu to perfection. My husband has taken me to some michelin star restaurants in the past and the food that Greenleaf served at my wedding tasted way more delicious than the high end restaurants I've eaten at.
All the food that is cooked by Greenleaf Caterers is cooked fresh on the day at the venue and when I saw them cook on the day of my wedding I was gobsmacked to see how hard the chefs were working to cook our guests a perfect meal and perfection is exactly what they delivered.
The day after our wedding, both my husband's side of guests and my side of guests called our parents to compliment the food as they all loved it. We've had NO complaints whatsoever regarding the food, all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and said it was amazing.
The food that Greenleaf Catering provides is on another level. Both my husband and I highly recommend going with Greenleaf Catering for any event they truly are incredible and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us to make our wedding day perfect.

Amazing food and service!
Sammir and the team were amazing, everything from initial contact, food tasting, communication and the event was perfect. Our wedding was last June and we still get people commenting on the food especially telling us how good it was. My wedding was in August 2023 at Syon Park Conservatory. Rehan and the entire Green Leaf team from the chefs to the waiters to the Headwaiter were absolutely phenomenal From the second I walked into the office to the end of my wedding day. The entire process was so seamless ! they were so understanding and executed my vision perfectly. People from my wedding almost 1 year later still say that it’s one of the best wedding foods they’ve had. The food doesn’t just look so well presented and aesthetic - It also tastes just as good the professionalism from the entire team Even on the day of the wedding and prior to it is just exceptional. I cannot recommend Green Leaf enough they are the best and in the top of the game. I want to say huge thank you to everyone, especially Rehan! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing was cold or ran out all the guests had more than enough food. A lot of my guests still talk about how nice the kebabs were!!! Once again, could not recommend them enough!

Greenleaf catered for my wedding in September 2023. Rehan especially was wonderful throughout, talking us through the steps and advising us on aspects even outside of catering. Choosing Greenleaf as our wedding caterers was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. From start to finish, their service and professionalism were nothing short of excellent. We choose Greenleaf catering as it was great…
We choose Greenleaf catering as it was recommended by a relative and I can say we were not disappointed. The service and quality of food was amazing. From the very first meeting we felt we good trust Sammir and his team with hosting our big day.
Sammir in particular was great he really captured our vision for what we wanted for our wedding reception. Also was always on hand to answer all of our questions and offer us guidance as well as reassured us if we're unsure of anything.
On the actual day Sammir and his team were fantastic. The service and food were amazing and we received such positive feedback from our guests regarding the great food they had. As well as we had some hurdles on the day but the team took charge and ensured the day was a success.
We would highly recommend Greenleaf for a big occasion.

We looked at many venues and cater’s to event manage our daughter’s wedding in May 2024. We are so pleased that we chose to place that trust in Greenleaf.
Sammir and his team were so helpful and professional from day 1, in organising the venue viewings, designing a perfect menu and providing sound advice regarding decor etc. We found Sammir's advice and knowledge of great value in ensuring that we made the right choices for our special day.
On the big day, the Greenleaf team were organised and we didn’t need to get involved. In particular, Saleem kept us informed throughout set-up and helped sort out any of our concerns.
Our guests, complemented that the food was delicious and well presented. Even today friends and family are still saying it’s the best wedding food they have tasted. Greenleaf staff provided an outstanding service with no complaints from anyone but plenty of praise. Well done and thank you Greenleaf team 😊.

Saleem was a great event manager: he answered all our queries and made sure we were looked after!
Sammir has looked after us from the first day we contacted greenleaf (around 2 years ago!) up until the actual day itself.
Our guests (Indian, British and Italian) loved the food! They carefully made sure there was a mix of spicy and non spicy options, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free! Everything we asked, greenleaf made it happen! Their care for details and love and care in what they do really makes them outstanding.

Wedding reception catering
We used Greenleaf for our Wedding Reception. From the start to the end we were very well looked after. At the initial tasting we made minor adjustments to the spice and salt levels of certain dishes and at the second tasting and the main event the changes we requested were absolutely spot-on.
The quality of food was exemplary, the taste was delicious. On the day itself there were plenty of members of staff to take care of the relatively large number of guests and all of our guests enjoyed the food. The variety of canapes, starters, mains and dessert available to choose from was outstanding and we were able to have a large variety of dishes at the actual event. There was more than enough quantity of food, and during service there were never any unfilled food dishes; they were topped up if they ever ran out. Just be aware that they do not let you take away leftover food unlike some other caterers.
The attention to detail from Sammir and his team was excellent. When we realised we didn't have a cake knife a couple of days before the wedding, instead of us having to go out and buy one Sammir even lent us his personal engraved knife used at his wedding.
We would recommend Greenleaf 100% and look forward to working with them again at future events.

GreenLeaf were the caterers for my wedding and really went above and beyond. All of our guests were really impressed with the selection and quality of the food. They also accommodated allergies and dietary requirements in a practical way. The setup and timing was excellent.

Exceptional service
We used Greenleaf for an event we held at Wembley stadium.
The experience that we had with Greenleaf was truly exceptional - from the first conversation I had with Sammir I knew that we wanted to work with Greenleaf.
There was a genuine interest in making sure that our event was spectacular, with incredible attention to the details.
We met with Sammir a few times before the event and on each visit we felt we were in safe hands.
Greenleaf worked through the challenges with the venue with ease making that part of our event seamless.
On the day the team were there to understand our needs and made sure that there was constant communication between us and them.
The food that was provided on the day itself was exceptional with excellent moktails and starters in the reception.
We loved the presentation of our plated starter and it was very tasty. The rest of the starters and the main courses were very good also.
They catered very well for our dietary requirements with those individuals receiving an individual meal. .
The Beetroot halwa is a must try for dessert.

Outstanding and Exceptional Service
Firstly we’d like to take the opportunity to thank Sam and the Team at Greenleaf for making our day so special. From the very beginning with planning and discussing our needs and what we were looking for, to the execution of the day and seeing it all in action, Sam and the team have been nothing but exceptional. We’ve known Sam and his brothers a very long time so we had full trust and faith in their services. Each and every guest was blown away by the canapés, dinner and especially the Lamb Chops as starters and couldn’t stop talking about the catering service they received. Our Canadian guests and family were humbled by the hospitality they received by Greenleaf and said they had never tasted such authentic food before. In fact my father In law said he felt like he had been transported back to India with the taste and flavours he had on the night!
Thank you so much once again for creating such a perfect event for us not only with the food, but the whole event management and ensuring all was as smooth as it could be! We used Greenleaf’s catering service for our wedding and they were amazing and professional throughout the planning process. Sammir was so nice to work with and always accommodating. He always had time for calls and queries or responded to you in a timely manner. We could see that he had years of experience in the business and that we would be well taken care of.

Your food and service was excellent, but about drinks.
Your food and service was excellent this was my second wedding reception with Greenleaf, where we all enjoyed the food and service.
I was disappointed in last night reception at Syon Park venue, when the bar manager refused to serve me coke cola saying that he has not enough cola to serve. This was only 6pm. I was not sure who to complaint. At about 8pm some of the drinks the bar manager refuse to serve.
At 10pm, there was no tea/coffee. When I approached one of the staff, he told me it is not ready and will take some time. Guests were leaving the venue without it.
I am sure you will look into and sort the problem with bar manager.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, it is indeed disappointing to hear that the bar manager was unable to serve Coca-Cola and some other drinks at 6pm. We understand how this could have been frustrating for you and your guests and as for the Bar we only provided the service and your family provided the Drinks and the team were very limited with the coke supplied, however our team should have served you at request. Additionally, the unavailability of tea and coffee at 10pm is certainly not in line with our standards of service, we were serving tea and coffee from 10.30pm and this was the reason to why it was not ready. We truly regret any disappointment or inconvenience these issues may have caused.
Rest assured, we are thoroughly investigating the matter with the bar manager to understand the root causes and ensure that such situations are addressed promptly and effectively in the future. Greenleaf for my own and families wedding!
I first used Greenleaf for my own wedding 11 years ago and since used a further three times for my brother's weddings. This is not including all other events we have attended catered by Greenleaf. Every time the professionalism displayed by Rehan and the whole team has been superb. Rehan and the team have always worked with us to ensure the day runs as smooth as possible. Emails and calls are responded to quickly, meetings set up with ease and always there to offer advice to help you keep your day stress free.
The food is just the best on the market for wedding catering and in every wedding we have had there have been no faults with the food. I don't say this lightly and we have had many guests rave on about how tasty the food is! I think the proof is in using Greenleaf time and time again. I would not hesitate to recommend and have no doubt we will be using them again in the future!

Outstanding food and service from Greenleaf
I am so pleased we decided to work with Greenleaf for our wedding catering this summer 2023. From the moment we made the enquiry through to the day and post event, Greenleaf were friendly, always responsive and very accommodating to our requirements. We had one guest who was coeliac and one no chilli and they catered to this perfectly. Our meetings with Sammir were so friendly and he took all our comments into consideration. On the day the food was absolutely outstanding! So many guests have complemented the food, from the various canapés which were outstanding through to the delicious mains! I only wish we could eat them again. I would not hesitate working with Greenleaf again! Thank you team!
