my car was damaged by another driver

Parking at this site is provided through quick parking.com

My car was damaged by another driver placing their luggage on my roof. The roof glass was smashed and needs replacing.

The bus driver told me this is a known issue at this parking. The company gave no help and told me to read their terms and conditions. They ignored my protest that this is a known issue they should add to their FAQ, they also told me they don’t share video footage if they find it but will share other drivers details.
The police and my insurer need the video footage.

A great parking provider unless you have a complaint. Please take this into account.
