Postage was discrete and almost as fast as teleporting it!

I wish I could give a great review. Placed an order on the 5th and only half has arrived. Was supposed to get a hygrometer with probe. It came with no probe. And tried contacting via webchat and email but no answer. Tried to contact dhl and they say I have to contact green spirit. If its not sorted by today im going to cancel my entire order for a refund. ***update*** they got back to me and it was all sorted. Turned out the mixup was a stock issues which is now sorted. It was totally out of their hands and the products I have received are excellent. Great service and an unavoidable mix up which wasn't their fault!

A problem with shipping meant I had to wait a few more days for delivery (which was out of their hands) but GSH emailed to let me know and keep me in the loop. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent shops Sheffield and Barnsley, with great staff that are happy to help you with any information you may need. Its my to go to for any growing needs.

The product arrived damaged (by the delivery company), Green Spirit Horticulture's behaviour in refunding the product in full was exemplary.

The process was flawless. I got my items for a great price, delivered in a speedy and cost-free fashion. Packaging was very nice as well, if discretion is your thing. They know what they are doing.

Went the extra mile AND a half to fix a problem that wasn't their fault. Much obliged to you guys.

Brilliant service. These guys have so many options of payment and delivery it makes it really easy to shop with them. this time I had to have the products dropped of at my local newsagents. They always wrap the packages super well so I never get any breakages. Well Recommended

Great price during Black Friday deals, mix up with item(only one of two sent, with a quick email all was fixed with second item sent out promptly). Would use this company again.

Completely unacceptable customer service. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and even chased them up. They happily took my money and gave nothing in return.

This is the lowest rating i have ever given a company and utterly disappointed.
