Good customer service

Good customer service, nice cars and well looked after, lots of good options (vans, family car, electric, small city cars), easy to organise/change/cancel.

Easily available cars near me

Easily available cars near me. However, there have been instances where I was forced to pick up car from another location, since the earlier user parked it at a long distance away , while I had to bring the car to the original place. The customer care could be better

Good & transparent service

Ease of finding and booking a car via the app, however not always guaranteed parking at small train stations. Inconsistent car cleanliness and unexpected booking cancellations due to car planned maintenance. However, this company has good convenient and widely available car service.

Fined for 100 EUR, no contact after objection

Overall, it seemed like a nice service. However, the went no contact after wrongly fining me by ignoring multiple attempts to object the fine.

One day the designated Greenwheels parking spot was taken. Following the guidance from the app, I found the nearest parking space and left the car there.
A week later I received a fine for illegal parking. Per gemeente, it was registered 2,5 hours after I returned a car. Together with Greenwheels' administrative fee, it was 100 EUR. Unpleasant, but I was prepared and even had a photo of a blocked parking spot, so naturally I reached out to support to sort this out.

No reply to the first email. In whatsapp there was a chatbot that suggested to... Yes, write another email. So I did. But guess what - still no reply. It left this sour feeling of me being right, but helpless. Rude, unprofessional, petty.

2/5, use only if no other services available.

Very streamlined experience

Very streamlined experience for a competitive price, this is exactly what I want from a rental service. It's also nice how you can spontaneously get a car an hour in advance as long as its available. Only wish there was maybe one extra car in my street, my local one is taken most of the week probably by someone who needs it for their fulltime job.

Always happy!

Cars are usually available whenever needed and close by. The fleet seems to be in the process of being upgraded, so new cars seem more available. The rates per hour and kilometre are good value too.

Kindness embodied!

This company is to be highly trusted. The communication was excellent and punctuality perfect.
Our driver-guide Adrian was very polite, very kind, careful, with good ideas and knew how to deal with us. Gabriela, Marina and Lucia, three old ladies requiring patience and understanding. The 2 hours tour went very well.

Great car

Everything was good, except for the damage report, I'm just arriving at the car, how am i supposed to know how the damage got there? So done with apps and questionnaires with limited answers, no grey areas ever. What happened to 50 shades?
