Go Greenwheels!

We have been car free for almost 4 years now and greenwheels has made this definitely easier.
It's an easy booking system, simple but safe cars and responsive customer service.

Easy and straight forward experience…

Easy and straight forward experience from beginning to end. App is very user friendly and once you open the car, the app clearly walks you through all steps to get it started.

Very convenient as they have a big fleet of cars very close by.

The service is perfect, but

The service is perfect, the only downside: I used the same car three times and each time it was quite dirty. Someone even smoked inside. I believe it could use a deep clean every now and then.

Smooth

Smooth, well thought out system, good customer service. Cars are basic but work well. It is very similar to other systems, like communauto in Montreal. The focus is on functionality and eco-awareness. The green impetus is visisble and I personally appreciate that Greenwheels sticks to its ethics rather than going commercial and flashy.

Nice concept, very bad service

The concept worked great, until you rent a car for a seemingly reasonable price but then get an invoice of more than double the amount. Multiple emails went to the customer service but no reply. And when you try to get your deposit back and delete your account the buttons in the app suddenly doesn't work so it makes it impossible to delete your account.

neighbourhood sucks

The app, the car and the service are great. Some of the people who use the car in my neighbourhood are the total opposite. Always leave trash in the car and have always dirty feet.

I created an account… had issues with…

I created an account… had issues with uploading documents and payment. Then received an email saying that my account was deleted … payment then went through! I have sent several emails over the last two weeks and no one is replying!! I am asking for my account to be reactivated

The cars are everywere and very handy

The cars are everywere and very handy. My car though ahd some damage and the app was not working properly , so i could not upload the pics of the already existing damages. when I called the custumer service they told me to follow a link which did not exist. i hope they will not charge me for the damage which i did not make!!

I tried to create an account

I tried to create an account, while the deposit was charged, their system failed to create me one.

Impossible to get help from the customer service, and they never replied on my messages.

Impossible to get my money back as noone is replying and they can not help while I am calling them.

I forgot my keys in the car

I forgot my keys in the car. Then I called customer service and they told me they would open the car for me. Then they just created a booking in my account for that car and they charged me 4 euros WITHOUT TELLING ME to open the car. So if you forget something in the vehicle, know that this lowlife scammer company has no shame or pity and will just take your money to open and close the door. Never using it again. I'm getting my deposit back.

Of course it is perfect to have a car…

Of course it is perfect to have a car just at the distance of my mobile phone and always available but the cars was old, without automatic transmission. Automatic gear should be standard these days. And the car could have been cleaner
