Whatch out fot this company;
They have send my goods to the whrong adress, so the delevery company have return it to them, this is the answer they gave me;
Dear Customer
Upon return of the items to the warehouse your refund will be processed with a deduction of the return shipping fee up of 25£ per parcel.
Should you need further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
They are craze i have to pay 25£ for nothing,
just for the fault that they and the delevery company made.

Good price. Recent dot code, tires were made 3 months ago. Very good. Faster delivery from Germany than Bandenconcurrent from Holland. I Highly recommend Grip500 for your next set of tires.

Do not buy at Grip500 if you are not sure!
I bought 4 Pirelli 4 season tires. Accidentally I bought the flat tyre, instead of the non-flat.
So I ordered the non-flat too and cancelled the flat tire directly.
I got an email the the tyres already left the transport and 8 tires will be delivered.
To send 4 tires back, you have to pay Eur.25/item!!!
This is rediculous and Grip500 dont want to take the tires back for free.
I suggested to split but I got no reaction.
As reaction grip500 explains their way of work. I understand how this works, to have fast delivery. But they do NOT respond to come with a proper solution if you have double ordered by incident. They just ignore you. Please be aware!!!

Dear Customer,
As indicated in our terms and conditions of sale, the cancellation of the orders is not guaranteed.
Our system is designed for the delivery of the ordered items within the shortest possible period: the data therefore is automatically sent to the transporter immediately after validation of the order.
The transporter then creates the shipment label with the tracking number and the items are dispatched from the warehouse.
Once this automatic procedure is started it is difficult to cancel or modify the order's route.
For the above reasons we always ask our customers to verify their order before the final validation and payment.

Long delivery, bad return conditions.
(6 days of delivery in my case, I was expected at least 72h) so had to buy the item in another store a second time.
