Very disappointed

Very disappointed, after a couple of years with this company for a second time my home phone wouldn't ring in or out, despite trying everything they suggested they where unable to find the problem so after a week I transferred my number to a different supplier and it worked 100% perfectly, to add 'insult to injury' they then told me I had to pay a months rental to close the account how petty I believe it was their failure to sort my problem so they should have at least waived this cost. but I paid it but feel very disappointed by them now.
