Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

Waiting at the till to be served whilst staff had a chat. The lady in front of me asked if they were opened. We were then served. No smile and in fact they were quite fed up.
England beat Mexico cheer up.

Stopping at the Skipton Morrisons Café was the worst decision of my day. I ordered the quiche salad for £7.50, and it was a complete letdown. While it was a mini quiche (fair enough), I explicitly asked for it hot, but it arrived semi-warm, tending towards cool.
The rest of the plate consisted of a mound of lettuce, two cherry tomatoes, a few green beans, a splodge of coleslaw, and about five slivers of raw onion. While some of it comes down to my own personal taste—as I don't eat coleslaw or onion—the true value of what was served still felt closer to £3 than £7.50, especially given the temperature.
I won't be going there again; I should have carried on further into the town centre. The only redeeming feature was the pleasant nature of the till staff—maybe that is what I was paying for?

My local Morrisons Store Walworth Road, The Cigarette Counter is usually busy with long queues. I walked in today to buy some cigarette and the queue was empty, I asked the woman serving behind the counter with short blonde hair who looks like a man if she had a certain brand of Cigarettes that i could buy, The reply was we haven't got any! Without even looking in the draws? So i went on my way to do my shopping, about 20 minutes later after my shop, I walked past the Cigarette counter again and still there was no Queues? I thought it very strange, It's usually very busy. The woman was standing there like a statue? I thought to myself, I don't think this woman is very popular?

Went to Morrisons Ecclesfield today as normal. What an experience that was.We use this store on a regular basis, but today we were really disgusted. No trolleys near the store had to go halfway down carpark to get one.Inside lots of empty shelves and water on the floor in many places only marked by a single.Very unsafe for everyone. All freezers shut off.Hot food counter shut.Really disappointed.I would love to hear a reply from Morrisons to this review but that won't happen.

I was disappointed to go to the pie country to fund after years of using paper bags they are now using single use plastic bags, at a time when there should be a commitment to stopping the use of single use plastics, I also note that when you buy loose veg because you don't want to use excess packaging the cashiers immediately put the items into plastic bags and get offended if asked not.

Morissons Chingford
Absolutely appalling how they treat their staff. Came in for bangers and mash in the restaurant and there were just 2 people working. A young black lady cooking and a lady serving. The cook was absolutely dripping in sweat and clearly overcome with the heat and volume of customers. The temperature outside was 35 degrees so she must have been working in 100 degree heat on her own!
I know for a fact that the cooks work through without breaks because I have been monitoring them for several weeks now. They started today at 10am and it’s now 2.30pm without a break.. THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! The poor girl was cooking, and serving, while the waitress was doing the rest.
Morossons is a disgrace and only care for their shareholders and profits. Ther get rid of staff and increase their prices almost on a weekly basis. Shocking
If you support this vile behaviour then bury your head and continue shopping there! If not, then shop elsewhere

My car was badly damaged by Morrisons' van delivery driver. No note or details left. They just drove off. I fortunately have evidence it was them which has been sent to Morrisons.
Morrisons are infuriatingly slow at responding. They don't answer questions and seem incapable of even simply acknowledging an email to confirm they have received it which is only adding insult to injury. Does Morrisons even care about my car, how I am to get around or the massive inconvenience this has caused, no. What sort of organisation is this, if your employee messes up, at least move at speed to put it right. I am truly shocked at how Morrisons are handling this matter.

Sheldon, Birmingham branch. Where to start?
The 'Down' travelator and both lifts out of action. Had to leave via staff lift. Also, no yogurts, butter, bacon, pies, ice cream, frozen fruits etc as fridges were broken. Oh, and no magazines in the Daily Mails (not unusual for a Saturday, sadly). I actually found them in a trolley next to the staff lift.
Apparently, this isn't one of the stores marked for closure. I'd hate to see the state of any of the ones that are on the list.

0000000.00000 Morrisons at Morley leeds are at it once again , I have a more card set up and use to do shopping for a disabled woman I go every morning for her usually . Morrisons have now removed my 5,000 points I had the receipts now say you have 80 more card points and I should set up a more card ????? ,what. This is how petty they are at Morrisons you couldn't make this up , talk about abuse of power which is covered by the 2005 abuse of power act , and the 2010 equality laws which are also being broken . They do what they like to males , you messed up this time as stated I shop for a disabled woman , messed up this time didn't you . 👏👏👏. Morrisons have not put my 5,000 points on my more card yet , they took them off because of my reviews and complaints about them ,

I am very disappointed with my online order. Three days ago, I ordered a 10kg bag of Laila Basmati Rice for £15. On the delivery day, I was informed that it was unavailable, and instead I received a 5kg bag. I don’t think this was handled fairly. If the product was out of stock, I should have been informed much earlier, not only on the day of delivery. It feels like because the price of the 10kg rice had increased after I placed my order, my original order was not honoured. This was a very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I expected Morrisons to fulfil my order at the price I had already paid or at least communicate the issue in advance. I hope Morrisons improves the way it handles situations like this in the future. I was putting my shopping through and was greeted by a lovely young man,Joe,at the Helensburgh store. Joe was friendly and engaging and smiled a lot. Quite refreshing to see. He was so polite that I hope I am fortunate enough to have him serve me again. Such a cheerful chap. He made my day.

I use it through amazon prime, the selection is decent and delivery is mostly ok, but they regularly place items with near expiration date, so I buy only packaged long term products online.

Ordered on Morrison’s now and all was fine until I opened the shopping bag and discovered none of my items were there , I obviously had been given someone else’s order !
Eventually got through to customer service and was told , after the agent left on hold twice while he had to speak to a supervisor , that I should keep the shopping and refund would be in my bank in 10 days ! I asked if my order could be re sent and was told no as a third party was involved, the delivery driver that they choose not me and then when I tried to re order myself was notified on page that they won’t be delivering to my address again today !!
I will never use this site again , but I will also be checking my delivery in the presence of the driver !!

After calling customer services to enquire why my 3000 more points had not been added i also asked why my app was not showing the more Booster point options for July. I was a little shocked when I was informed that they can remove these as and when they want and had removed the Boosters from my account. Well Morrisons I can choose to remove my money from your tills and will now be shopping elsewhere. A loyal customer of over 30 years no more.

I set up a online shop for the first time . I was hopeful that all that I ordered would be here and we all were having a BQ and we were looking to have a Indian before the football started, but when it arrived, there was only a Chinese meal substitute for free taking masala chicken karma when there was only 7 cider when there should have been 9 cans we were so disappointed. We thought we could have a coffee in sted . That was missing . What maid it worse is I will not get my money back for 10 days . Morrisons has gone down in eyes . Shame on you Morrisons .

From being a customer who bought all their weekly shop at Morrisons we now spend 20% and the rest at Aldi. What is wrong with them? Well you have to watch as each item is charged and either call someone over or ask for a refund at Customer service. Overcharging happens almost every week. This week it was Andrex Qilted toilet rolls priced at £4.95 for 9 and charged at £6.50. The staff had put the price ticket sent but head office are not competent in the computer dept. We now only buy from Morrisons what is not available at Aldi

Once again let down by click and collect. Travelled to store to collect item and on arrival looked at phone for the collection code and there was a email timed @8.59am to tell me item out of stock. Had words with manager of the store. You get the sorry speech. Not good enough. Lesson learnt. This collection was booked several days ago. There was another person there to collect the same item as myself...she was also not informed before hand to save her the journey.

I am very unhappy with the customer service I received at Morrisons Canning Town on 29 June between 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm.
I have receipt
I tried to return an item within 30 minutes, but the lady refused in coustomer service she started to make faces and was very very rude. She said all items must be returned within 15 minutes. When I asked her to show me this policy, she refused.
Then another person said he was the manager and also said I could not return the item after 15 minutes, but he also refused to show me any policy. I SHOWED IN THE WEBSITE MORRISONS ITS 30 DAY SHE SAID IT WAS FALSE
This is unacceptable. I want Morrisons to investigate these staff members immediately. If there is no 15-minute return policy, I expect my refund straight away.
I expect a reply as soon as possible.

Meltham branch nice touch last week when we did our shop free bottles of water as you enter the store with the weather been so hot, also I know it’s not the biggest store but you can still do a proper shop.
