Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

This was the first time order for home delivery- well shan't be ordering again from Morrisons. So many main items unavailable, so really this idea of shopping on line is pointless as now have to go out and get the items not supplied. Also, the loaf of bread was packed at the bottom of the crate- so got very squashed!! Never again as we were looking forward to my special meal ordered - now will have to raid the freezer for a meal tonight..

As a new customer, I ordered goods to the value of £32 on the Morrisons website. At the top of the page was a big dark purple band right across the page advertising in white writing £5 off for new customers with a £30 minimum spend. Underneath this purple band were two options: Delivery or Click and Collect. I opted for Click and Collect. At no point did it say that this would not be possible via Click and Collect - in fact the purple banner clearly encompassed both options. I could not see anywhere to enter the code for £5 off, so queried in store where I was told the £5 off applies only to deliveries, even though the purple band spanned both. Given that I had not been able to enter the code, I had taken a photograph of the page in question which, given the option, I would be more than happy to upload here on Trustpilot.

Very clearly, Morrison's use the same rotten system coding as their compoetitors since both sites are so impenetrable as to preclude usage. For goodness sake TRY testing your useless software...

Popped in earlier and couldn’t resist grabbing a punnet of strawberries and a whole watermelon, and wow—both were absolutely perfect! The strawberries were beautifully deep red all the way through, plump, juicy and so sweet, with that amazing fresh, sun-ripened flavour you just can’t beat.

Will not be renewing my delivery pass with Morrisons...within one week they have upped prices shamelessly...Mint humbugs being one (£1.30 to £1.60). Within a week! Their savers chocolate was 60p now 85p. Wholemeal bread 75p now £1.00. Cheese £2.45 last week now £3.00. Two chicks egg whites £3.50 now £4.10
Morrisons spreadable butter £2.18 now £2.55
I literally could go on...these are only some on my favourite list, or was. Absolutely shocking what is going on.
I was enjoying shopping with them mostly...but, they are always out of stock on certain items.
Boycott these supermarkets.

Sick of Morrisons, NOT cheap, EMPTY shelves and USA corporation/owners are taking all the profits, NOT reinvesting!
Just killed off my account and going to cut up my More card in a moment.
WON'T be shopping there ever again! There are BETTER alternatives and cheaper too!

NEVER use for home delivery. I ordered £85 worth, received £54 worth & unlike ASDA etc. they are keeping my £30 refund for 3-5 days?!!! Instead of it being adjusted on delivery day. So I went out & bought replacement goods for what didn’t arrive - now I’m stuffed for money until I get my £30 back! It’s nothing but LEGALISED THEFT! Hedge fund scumbag rules indeed.

I don't like giving negative reviews, we have given this company time to sort our complaint but the result is just not satisfactory. We used the cafe at Morrisons Kidderminster 2 weeks ago on a Thursday lunchtime ordered 2 children's meals for grandchildren and 2 vegetarian brunches for myself and husband. The table was dirty and when we asked for it to be cleaned , we were left with a lake of water which we dried ourselves with tissues... the cafe was only about one quarter full but we had a 35 minute wait , when food finally arrived the children's meals had veg added, we didn't ask for, which to be fair, was easily remedied .However only one of our adult meals arrived, the sausages were meat ( not veggie as requested) and the eggs were cooked into flat inedible heaps, so the meal was inedible, when we asked where the other meal was, the waitress said she would find out, but she never returned, so after waiting a further 25 minutes, we left hungry and stressed out. The complaint we put in was only answered after much prompting, and the resolution they offered was adding £10 worth of points to our Morrisons Card ... which didn't even cover the adult meals that we never ate ( one because it never appeared and the other meal due to the inedible eggs and meat sausages when we had ask for vegetarian) .The waitress was friendly and the children's meals were adequate ( except for lengthy wait) but the response to complaints regarding our meals has been really poor, we feel very let down

Experienced Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour from Harrow Morrison store.
I walked into the store the to buy one item that I needed and it was sharp 22:00.
The security guy said you are not allowed and came towards me with intimidating approach and said to me just go my friend.
I said all the lights are on and why was I let in if if you ate not serving, he said they were waiting for the last customer on the floor, I said I would be quicker than the last customer, he then said everything is closed, I said you are contradicting yourself by saying waiting for the last customer and then saying everything is closed, he spoke with someone over the phone to close the door from where I walked in and asked me to leave and walk through the car park, when I reached the door to leave the store the lady said that the door is now closed, and asked me to walk through the car park and come to the main road and find my way home.

Promised delivery, didn't deliver. No communication, but of course they eagerly blocked the funds. My local shop is usually dirty, turned out the business model is too.

Went into Morrisons in Chorlton to buy naan bread.
Picked up a packet to find that there was a gaping hole in the centre. It appeared to me like it had been gnawed through rather than ripped. The bread also had a big hole through the centre of every piece in the bag.
Left the pack to the side of the shelves, only to come back the next day to see it back on the shelves. It hadn't been removed by staff.
Puts me off shopping there.

NON existent customer service. Last week we travelled 7 miles to Morrisons café to buy ourselves a meal. We arrived at 13:10 to find the staff closing the cafe completely. Apparently due to break down of Bain Marie, but you don't use bain marie's for fish and chips, especially if you're serving to customer immediately its cooked!!!!!!!! There were also staff shortages, but was astonished that if they knew both these things well before 13:10 pm, why they couldn't at least offer cold food, instead of closing the whole cafe right over peak lunchtime!!!!!!!
So having had that abortive journey last week, I tried this week to find out whether they were going to stay open, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PITS. I asked on Morrison's website chat and the person on there couldn't and wouldn't tell me. They wrote back this morning quoting the answer they'd received about Tuesday from the store, about the Bain Marie, but seemed totally unwilling and unprepared to ask them again, yet there's no way any more of contacting stores direct. So ANNOYING. Why should we bother ever again with Morrisons????????
The Customer service phone lines are useless, the local phone number tells you to ring their central 0345 number and when you ring that they say they can't answer the phone and all the answers are on the web when whether a local Morrison's cafe of course is NOT on the web.
Their treatment of customers is shocking. WAKE UP Morrisons - we'll go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!
The closed restaurant experience was on 30/8/2026, but the ongoing problem has been all week leading up to today, 4/9/2026
Follow up: CS asked me to tell them who the store was, but I'm not saying because the real problem was your customer service - not the restaurant!! Not knowing whether it was worth driving over to the other town several miles where the Morrison's café is when I asked and your agent in CENTRAL Morrisons Chat customer service WAS the problem.
Earlier in the week They had asked the local store why they had closed over a lunch time on about the Tuesday and at that time they said they couldn't tell me if the Cafe of the store we go to was going to be fully open or not. OK fair enough but when I asked Thursday night and Friday morning for an update via the ** Woefully ONLY inadequate means** that Morrisons customers have of getting any help whatsoever (local stores telephone numbers being UNHELPFULLY numbers no longer being available anywhere) Your useless customer service agent WOULD NOT ask again.
Yet, it should have been evident and clear by the morning of the day the customer (ourselves) were thinking of visiting a particular café, that the staff would know if all the equipment was working and if they had enough staff on to cook lunches all over the lunch period, and therefore if a visit to the café by the customer was worth it, - but your CS Agent Krome just WOULD NOT HELP by ask again that morning. That' was what I was furious about. SO UNHELPFUL> I had already had found out about some sickness and broken down Bain Marie. What I want Morrisons to know is the extremely unhelpful service I had on chat from your agent. They could have so easily asked the café we visit whether they were going to be open and cooking pensioners' dinners or not, but they just wouldn't. This is so unhelpful and I thought very inconsiderate.
I'm not going to tell you the store location because the problem and bad review from me is due to your bad customer service. I point out that I started this review by title NON Existent TERRIBLE **CUSTOMER SERVICE** I did not say bad service at the cafe so why you ask me for the store location!!!!!!!

What a bunch of cowboys I have a delivery pass for this company and have used it for several years
However tonight I received text saying they were outside unloading my order but there was no sign of the Morrisons van anywhere in the street. So no order. Having rung the company twice the situation remains unresolved although I urgently need some of the articles.
Since they have been delivering to my house for about 5 years it's difficult to understand why they said they were here when they obviously were not.
So be warned don't rely on Morrisons if you want good service.
