I made a recent order of Morrison…

I made a recent order of Morrison through Amazon. I must have made a mistake ordering six vegan cornettos, packets, and I’m going to gave to throw some out. Did not like them and will not do another online shop ido can help it, even though am disabled. How these can be vegan thé mind boggles. I’m trying to go dairy free too, and it says may contain milk! Another lie.

ITS CRIMINAL...Morrisons delivery…

ITS CRIMINAL...Morrisons delivery driver committed an offence,smashing into parked car then fled the scene of the accident without reporting it despite being seen. Morrisons identified their driver when we contacted them but despite endlessly chasing it up no attempt has been made to arrange repair to the car. What sort of company allows such behaviour without trying to fix the mess their employee has made??

Had a great experience in VERWOOD store…

Had a great experience in VERWOOD store today and wondered why I don't normally shop there.
THEN, I get home and try and send a COMPLIMENT. Manager name and email on receipt is out of date! so I head to the WEBSITE.
It is now I remember why I don't use Morrisons. The Website is s*** and it is almost impossible to send a compliment. Poor Staff. Oh well, back to Rainsbury's tomorrow then.

Only had two orders from morrisons both…

Only had two orders from morrisons both times had to send back items i didn't want..the latest order on the 23rd of June was two and half hours late had to phone customer service. Today 25th of June phoned about refunds morrisons say oh you was never charged for the goods .my reply was you took the said payment before the home delivery took place and my bank account as never changed morrisons are still doing nothing about the shoddy service or refund I will go back to Sainsbury's a supermarket you can trust if i could give morrisons a big fat zero i would what a shoddy company they are

Odd one but today I placed a now order, thirteen of my items were unavailable or substituted and only seven were available, After I received email of picked items I decided to cancel and rang CS, they explained the shopping was on it's way and I must reject it at the door for refund, anyway the delivery comes and I explain to the man on recorded video that I am rejecting the goods, he placed the bags down took a pic and then took the bags away, I checked the app a hour later and he has lied and stated it was delivered. Thank god I took the video, contacted their CS and assured me they would get back to me within 24 hours, I am not overly concerned but imagine if I had not videoed it, I would now be severely out of pocket. I shop with them as a rule and this is not their normal standards.

Appalling service and blatant bias at Milton Keynes branch (Elder Gate).

On Wednesday, 24th June 2026, at around 5:20 PM, I was using the self-checkout when the machine failed to apply an advertised discount. Instead of assisting, the Black female staff member managing the area treated me with absolute contempt. She repeatedly snapped, "Why don't you understand this?" and aggressively demanded "Do you understand?" in an incredibly patronising, insulting tone.

My wife and my 7-year-old daughter were both with me. This worker's hostile attitude completely humiliated my family in public. My young daughter was left deeply confused and distressed, unable to understand why this adult was being so aggressive towards us.

Shockingly, I observed this exact same worker being extremely polite, smiling, and helpful to white customers right before and after us. Her blatant double standard towards me as a minority (East Asian) customer is entirely unacceptable and discriminatory.

Store management must check the CCTV and shift roster for this specific time to investigate and discipline this worker. I expect a formal response from Morrisons regarding this severe misconduct.

Went to Oxted Surrey branch today

Went to Oxted Surrey branch today. Wanted Ice lollies, freezers looked like someone had had a drunken fight inside them.
Lolly packs all opened, soggy, strewn all over freezer shelves.
Picked some up out of opened packaging and the lollies were all melted, soggy, like a bag of water.
All packaging was wet and soggy. All melted.
Told a member of staff, who could not have cared less.
It's Morrisons who will lose money throwing it all away.
Lots of fridges were leaking water all over floor and not contained by the material put down to soak it up. I can see a few people slipping over there today.
Really expensive there now the new owners have hold of it.

Triple Layer Chocolate Extravaganza Celebration Cake

This is just a review of the Triple Layer Chocolate Extravaganza Celebration cake that I bought in-store recently for my son's birthday. I'm having to review on here because Morissons will not allow you to leave a product review on their website unless you bought the item online.
The cake is one of their most expensive cakes at £16. It's big (says it serves 28 but I think that's a slight exaggeration as the pieces would be quite small). Anyway, was really hoping that Morissons would come up with the goods as far as flavour was concerned, but yet again, like so many supermarket birthday cakes, they didn't. Just a very generic 'sweet' taste to the sponge really, not that chocolatey at all. The decorations on top are quite nice and do add a slight bit of chocolatey-ness, but not that much. The cake just needs more cocoa and less sugar to eliminate the cheap, over-sweet taste.

Do not use - Took the money for my order

Took the money for my order, then emailed me that same day to say the order was cancelled.

No reason was given for the cancellation and there seems to be no way to complain or seek advice online, relating to the cancellation..

In addition to taking my money and cancelling a planned delivery, I was able to order the same item online, place a collection time and date and was charged accordingly, only to have the order cancelled 20 minutes later.

What an absolute sham of a system Morrisons have. Stay well clear and use Sainsbury or Tesco.

Morrisons “The Best” frozen fish pie.
Unlike its title suggests, it’s nothing of the sort and don’t waste your money.
It is very watery and contains very little fish. It’s no different to the budget offerings from Iceland etc which are much cheaper.

Horrible experience while placing…

Horrible deep dissatisfaction with my recent online ordering experience. Payment was not processed when the order was initially placed; instead, the system canceled it just a day before delivery, citing insufficient funds. To make matters worse, when I attempted to reorder the exact same items, the earliest available delivery slot was three days away. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for a customer's time and schedule

Why are Morrisons offering Australian…

Why are Morrisons offering Australian steak when we need to support our own farmers?
My wife bought two Rib Eye steaks and didn't notice where they where from as she assumed Morrisons used British products. We cooked them and instead of the fat melting into the meat it was actually big peaces of gristle. These should never be described as Rib Eye and at best should be sold as stewing steak. Come on Morrisons we have been shopping with you for over 50 years and your current buyers should up their game and look for local suppliers.

Imagine going into your morrisons…

Imagine going into your morrisons supermarket bakery counter to order a giant cookie as a birthday present to be told you have to go back home to order on line . On top of that you have to spend £25 minimum order . Will use Asda from now on .

Last week I was challenged by security…

Last week I was challenged by security as I had purchased a steak along with my usual shopping and it triggered the alarm. I dont appreciate being tackled like a shop lifter by security. Security tags should be removed at the point of purchase, like in other shops. So about 7.30 pm today I asked one of the staff if they could remove any security tags at the self check out. I was told that could not be done. I told the lady that I no longer want the steak as I dont want to be apprehended by your security like a criminal. Especially as it seems those who do steal from your stors seem to get away with it? Then to top it off, there were two items during the self checkout that needed addressing by a members of staff. At this point I gave up and handed back the goods that I intended to purchase, as I did not feel I was getting the sevice a customer should be receiving, Maybe I am old fasioned. Anyway, I left the store and there were 4 staff members outside smoking, I could not help wonder if just one of them were inside mannning the tills the whole experiance could have been a lot better. I will in future avoid Morrisons.

Morrisons cortonwood must be worst place I ever shopped expensive poor quality products got sausages caramelised red onion two packs went in bin greasy like rubber with no flavour tried to put review on it won't let me only want good review twice got cheese from there still in date couple days later gone green some of staff are rude unhelpful will not shop there again well had contact from trustpilot morrisons wants more information click to provide them with it but surprise surprise can not go any further it won't allow so the review will be classed as not genuine and will be removed so what is point in giving feedback

Damaged Home Delivered Groceries. Dented Tins.

Don't get your groceries home delivered from morrisons as I received five dented cans which I believe were rejects from the shelves which could not be displayed or sold. Put among other groceries by staff wishing I would not notice. More than likely told by management to get rid of damaged tins in home deliveries. Horrible practice by Morrison's and shame on them for mucking about with food. Two lots of bananas were on the very small size and black. Had to bin them and staff must have seen they were not fit for human consumption. I will not trust them again. Don’t bother on a Sunday or Monday, or Tuesday…..

The only good thing about my online shop was the driver. He was very helpful and friendly.
I’ve ordered some fresh cream cherry donuts in my last three grocery shops. They are never in stock. I’ve never received them. Today they sent some cream muffins in their place, that were DOUBLE the price! Morrisons don’t give you the substitution at the same price as the item they’ve substituted. They are the ONLY supermarket that don’t do it. I ordered a kingsize duvet cover for £14 and it was out of stock. They sent me one for £23 in its place. Good job I had googled whether I pay the £14 for it but NO! I’d have paid £9 more. No way. I ordered a £5 scratch card. They didn’t have it so they didn’t bother sending anything! They could have at least sent a different £5 one.

I only did another shop because they sent me a voucher for £10 off when I spent £60. But honestly, I’m done! Won’t be shopping there any more. Their stock levels are a disgrace. I was told by a member of staff not to order on a Sunday because they don’t have a delivery and the shelves are "hammered"! He said it’s a waste of time ordering on a Sunday. Well thanks, but the Monday (today) wasn’t good either. I had 5 things out of stock. Like I said I’d love to try the fresh cream ball donuts but it is a waste of time putting them in your basket. I also ordered the caramelised biscuit ball donuts for my friend and I didn’t get those 2 weeks on the trot either. This was from 2 different stores, as I did click and collect the first couple of times. (Grantham and Lincoln)

Then I had delivery today!
The driver was very polite and helpful
But everything else SUCKS!

Zanya from morrisons, I’d rather have no reply rather than the robotic reply you send to all the others complaining. Please don’t bother.
