Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

YOU REALLY DONT MAKE IT EASY TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER SERVICES! OUR DELIVERY DRIVER TODAY NEEDS RETRAINING!! I HAVE FILLED YOUR SURVEY IN TOO!
EVEN WHEN I ASKED HIM TO USE THE CART INSTEAD OF CARRYING ALL THE BAGS THAT WERE PACKED WAY TOO HEAVY HE REFUSED, AND DROPPED THEM!

I have had 5 or 6 online deliveries so far and all have turned up in the booked 1-hour time slot or a bit earlier. Yesterday's order arrived at 10.00 p.m. 'ish and Antony could not have been more helpful.
Morrison's seemed to have tried very hard to recruit delivery drivers that seem both courteous and mindful of the difficulties of getting a big shop in, a problem faced by many disabled people. It has given me a little more confidence in getting the household essentials, once I am completely housebound for long stretches after my ortho surgeries.

Popped in to Morrisons Holyhead café for a bite to eat before shopping. We're on holiday so stocking up the caravan. Waited over half an hour for a simple breakfast and my husbands black pudding was impenetrable. He'd finished his breakfast by the time a replacement came which was also overcooked. There's hardly anyone in the café but just heard the chap on the till say there's a 45min wait.
Staff very polite and I know it's not the end the world having to wait but there's something wrong with processes.

If I could, I would give morrison a minus 5 stars. Worst supermarket ever! If you happen to visit the petrol station and pay at the pump then they will take £100 out of your account no matter how much fuel you buy and you don't get it back for at least 3 days. Their supermarket is just as bad.! If you happen to take your time shopping and end up being there for 2 hours then expect a parking fine of £100 through the post with no prior warning, no proper display or warning to this fine! There is however a few signs in the car park but the writing is so small you would need binoculars to read them. But they don't tell you about fees or fines, only that there is a time limit. Happy shopping.. SOMEWHERE ELSE

Had a product which was infested with pests. Ok messed up my dinner plans. It was Chinese leaf and little black spots and damage throughout the leaves apparent. No apology no admission that the pictures I sent showed clear damage and the only response I received after chasing was More points credited to the value of the product plus 5p. They really dont care. No sorry at all. Oh yes no apology or comment that their own packaging missed having a best by date.. bit of a mess up there then!

If Farmfoods sold the coffee that Morrisons does I’d have no reason to shop there at all. Three reasons why I HATE shopping at Morrisons.
1 - having staff grumble under their breath at me just because I don’t want to use the “mark of the beast” - “self scan” tills for under 5 items. And being made to feel unwelcome.
2 - the “forced” feeling that you have to shop “Morrison’s way.”
3 - facial recognition in their Lincoln store.

Shopping should be an enjoyable experience but at the Morrison's Kings Street store in Aberdeen it simply isn't. First of all, I had made a special journey hindered by a painful right foot to pick up a few basic necessities, which to my chagrin were out of stock (or not stocked at all!). Secondly, I do appreciate the fresh fish, particularly the rainbow trout, but was told upon asking the assistant to gut the fish for me that he wasn't qualified. This has now happened on multiple occasions. Amazing that Morrison's cannot train their fishmongers to gut a fish. Third, I wanted to rest my foot so thought about ordering a cuppa and slice of cake at the cafe but there was no one at the till and the place seemed to be closed, despite it being early in the day. Finally, the security staff are over-zealous and seem to be on a mission to catch shoplifters. Unfortunately, this sometimes drags innocent people into the 'line of fire' as some of the negative comments here attest. I have witnessed on a least two occasions security guards scuffling with customers at checkout. It is common knowledge that Aberdeen has a massive problem with in-store theft but this should not mean that innocent shoppers are forced to have a security guard tailgating them as they wheel their trolleys around the store.
Note: Despite Zanya's reply, I will not be returning to this Morrison's as there are better - and cheaper - shopping experiences out there.

Joined 4 months ago, using a £70 delivery pass. During this time it went down hill. Advertising products available but aren’t, sending products that look like what you order that could cause serious illness, products 4 months out of date, products that are not within the fresh sell by date and turning up to deliver by 30 minutes late. Enough is enough, cancelled delivery pass today and got £50 refund and refund on the products in my delivery today. The drivers are lovely, no problem there, hence the 1 star.

Really disappointed with the availability at Morrisons Eastwood,
Work Monday to Friday till 5pm so we like to get a few treats on our shopping trip on a Friday, but you have no chance here
Sausage roll shelf empty, looked like a bomb hit it where all the cardboard packaging was thrown around
Takeaway Curries completely empty even the korma were gone
Bread the choice was dreadful with dates that would not last till Monday
Fresh cream cakes was nearly empty with only the expensive cakes left
By this time I gave up and decided not to bother with a treat
Also find that when you get home the prices on the receipt, never match the price that was on the shelf, too late when your home

If I could leave no stars I would, 2nd time salad bar is closed 5.10pm. Excuse? I have two areas to close the deli and salad bar. Both appeared shut. The staff member raised their voice at us" its not my fault ". Tried to speak to the Manager gave up after 10 minutes waiting.
I am down in Penzance staying with my daughter and granddaughters.
Really will not use this Morrisons again.
I received your reply, this review is about your SALAD BAR, NOT YOUR CAFE. Please have the decency to read a review properly. Your reply reenforce my view of your store. It remains at ZERO STARS.

What is good about Morrisons? I struggle to find anything apart from the fact that it is convenient in terms of location.
Check out is a fraught process.
Vouchers are more often than not unrecognised (the machines don't accept them on checkout, the staff are often aware of this, but say nothing has been done about it) - this beggars belief. Why do I receive a few vouchers in the post or online which encourage me to go into the store, only to find they aren't recognised at the till, and points can't be added?? And customer service can't help as their machines can't add the missing points.
The self service machines are supposed to reduce the queues, but no, I don't think I've managed to use one a single time without an error appearing. Added to which it's difficult to find a member of staff to put things right.
The customer service in store are friendly enough but having to queue up there because my vouchers aren't recognised is an absolute nightmare.
And it happens time and again. The response from the complaints department in their so-called customer service department was a waste of time, uncaring and didn't address the bigger picture of Morrison's ripping off its customers.
Morrisons, you should be ashamed.

Morrisons have stopped putting country of origin on most of their produce. What are they hiding? I would buy more if they were honest.
Ingredient lists often not shown now too.
Do we have to thank the American owners of this. Things always go downhill whenever they take over.
YOU STOLE MY MONEY. I MADE AN ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT AND YOU DID NOT SEND ALL MY ITEMS YET YOU TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY BANK, THAT IS CALLED THEFT AND ITS AGAINST THE LAW, I RANG YOU AND GOT TOLD TO RING JUST EAT BUT JUST EAT DONT SUPPLY THE FOOD THATS YOUR JOB SO YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND MY FOOD SHOPPING, YOU JUST STEAL FROM PEOPLE, YOURCUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME AS THEY CANT ADMIT THAT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AND GIVE ME THE GOODS THAT I HAVE PAID FOR, YOU ARE CRIMINALS, PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING AS IT IS AND THEIR YOU ARE STEALING OUR MONEY AND NOT GIVING THE FOOD THEN WHEN YOU TRY COMPLAIN YOU TAKE NO RESPONSABILITY, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, IM HOUSEBOUND AND USE HOME DELIVERYS REGUARLY AND I CANT AFFORD TO REPLACE THE ITEMS THAT YOU DECIDED TO STEAL FROM ME,

I am a Morrisons delivery pass holder and have technical issues with my account, this happened after I placed a Now order and will no longer accept my address. This started 9 days ago and have phoned 4 times to be told this will be escalated every time. I have emailed twice days apart and have not been contacted within 2-3 days as advised. Even tried deleting account and starting again which did not resolve my issue.
Hugely disappointed with the service from Morrisons. I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
