Horrible

Horrible! The one in Hillview, I ordered some groceries, got triple on some items I didn't order, which took costs up to over 200! Also, Needed a large bag of ice because electric is out and said it was unavailable. I called up there because they ALWAYS have ice, and customer service said, no they were nit out. The person just didn't want to put it in their car probably. so now I have more food than what I ordered with no ice, stranded at home! Lady from Walmart at 2:59 pm called me and said, we didn't do your order yesterday, I said it was today. No apology, rude. I said well I guess I'm going to have to stop getting delivery from Walmart. She said ok, your fine and hung up. Never again! Go to Krogers!!!! They also never look at instructions on address. They kept delivering it to my neighbor, and he gets angry and drunk, then comes and tells me. The girl acted like it was not their problem, but I ordered it on walmart.com. They're not responsible for who they hire to deliver it?

I placed an order tuesday that was in stock local. An hour later, I am told "good news" lol "youre item is not available but can be delivered tomorrow". Tomorrow was yesterday which is when I was told it would be delivered today. Today i got a message saying tomorrow. Walmart "customer sevice" just said 48 hours or day after tomorrow. Its literally the worse ordering experience I have had in my entire 43 years. I would set myself on fire before ever ordering or purchasing from walmart again

All my food that was delivered smells of cigarettes, who would eat food that smells like cigarettes?!!! now I’m supposed to drive $150 worth of groceries back to walmart because they don’t care enough to educate their drivers.

Never get your full order

Have been using walmart delivery for groceries for over a year now and not one single time have my groceries been entirely there. Every single time they just decide to not deliver 10% of my order. They give you a refund, but that doesn't really help when you needed the item they randomly decided to ignore for dinner that night.

Walmart delivery is absolutely worst

Walmart delivery is absolutely worst. I've had it for over an entire year. Not once!!!! Not once has an order been right. I then spend about an hour on the telephone with customer service. All they do is offer 15.00 with a minium of either 25.00 or 45.00 purchase. That dost help fix the missing items. Amazon has 100 times better customer service, Just like right now. Two items missing. I had picked replacements, yet still missing. I'm so sick of Walmart. Why even use the delivery service if they can NEVER get it right!!!

WALMART SUCKS!

I would like to warn everybody about their new AI security when you go to place order to be delivered to your home if you place more than one order. If you place more than one order a day with the same card, AI Security flags it as a fraudulent charge and will cancel your order over and over and over again.Walmart representatives kept telling me they would send it up to the tech service and to try my order again a hour later. I tried what I was told to do 6 TIMES and each time AI security would cancel my order and the system tells you it can take up to 10 DAYS to get your money back. NOW I set and wait for 226.23 worth of charges with none of the groceries being delivered!! Luckily my bank is making sure not to bounce any of my other charges hitting my account. I am really starting to hate Walmart.

DO NOT DO IT.!!

DO NOT DO IT.!!! call a friend call a neighbor or a friend. I am 8 months pregnant on bed rest and have a baby that drinks milk!! I never had a problem with delivery until last night. I ordered $90 worth of food. The person that delivered my food is named Travis but he had a car full of people and a woman that put my groceries by my door. Which is dangerous on my end because they could have robbed me while I'm on bed rest and have 7 kids in the house!!! So we asked for our 2 packs of water (which may seem small but I desperately need which is why I ordered it!) and the girl was running to the car saying she dropped it off somewhere else. Like WHAT! whole time the water in her car and she said that wal mart would give me a refund!! Which I called them and they gave me a refund and a promo code like WTF!!! Wal mart hire anybody. And people literally get the job to take people food and customers just get a refund. NOTHING HAPPENS TO THE DRIVER!! Now I'm short on water and im scared to get delivery again. So I'll be taking myself off of bed rest at 8 months pregnant getting my 7 kids together and going to the store. Absolutely terrible. And wal mart has no plan in place to make sure there's a penalty towards the driver. Just nothing! I can't imagine the elderly people that get scammed out of their food and the sick people that isn't able to get up and go to the store. Wal mart delivery sucks!

Walmart? More like Wal-NOT

I ordered 27 items, and Walmart proudly emailed me that they were “delivered.” Imagine my excitement—only to open the bag and find… THREE items. That’s right. Three. Out of twenty-seven. Somewhere out there, a very well-fed delivery driver is enjoying my snacks, while I’m left here with a can of rolls, a gallon of milk, some coffee creamer, and an inexplicable sense of betrayal.

Tried reaching out to customer service, but I think their response was delivered by the same team—because they said I would get a reply within 4-hours and it’s now been 8-hrs and nothing. If you’re looking for a fun game of “Guess What Actually Shows Up,” this is the service for you! Otherwise, I’d recommend Kroger, More reliable.

I started using Walmart delivery when I lived in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin 2020, I moved back to Minnesota in the winter so I thought I’ll continue with the delivery service. Since I’ve been here using the Bloomington Walmart delivery, the orders have consistently been wrong, missing items always getting part of someone else’s order. The last order I had was in February 2025. I spent a couple hundred dollars. I went down to meet with the Uber driver asked her are you sure that’s mine because of all the problems from the past she said yes and that the people at Walmart actually load the groceries into the car and she told them exactly where to put the items being as she had 3 different order to deliver. I said OK great. So I get upstairs too unload my groceries and lo and behold. I had someone else's order along with mine. I was missing $55 worth of product. I called the Uber driver right away. explained to her what happened. She said she has two deliveries left one is just soda so she would deliver the soda and come back to me and we’ll go through the Order Together and I said great. Well, needless to say she didn’t follow through with that so I called Walmart, customer service and explained to them what had happened they told me they would look into it and let me know. Well, they finally did a couple days later sent me an email saying that they’re not going to refund my $55. I would have to take it up with the Uber or my bank of course I have no way of doing that or how to do that. I am a senior citizen so long story short I will never order from Walmart delivery again, and I would NOT recommend them.

careful may pay for items not received

Had surgery so I used walmart delivery for 4 weeks all was great until week 4 did not receive 1 of my items called walmart immediately was told would credit back 5 calls later still no credit I g I give up so be careful you may end up paying for items not received 😢

Unreliable, NOT WORTH IT

Ordered under “only available” filter.
5” before time to cancel order got email that 2/5 weren’t available. Fortunately had checked “do not substitute” or who knows what Iwould have gotten. THIS WAS THE 3rd DELIVERY ORDER THIS YEAR THAT HAS GONE WRONG!!
I will give praise to customer service-not hard to reach, been able to agree on solution, BUT NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Walmart. Your neighborhood cesspool market place

After having problems with walmart delivery twice in 2 weeks, and having to deal with the last driver who was very hateful and rude,I have switched grocery stores and will not be shopping with this chain any longer. Life is to short to deal with such incompetence, hatefulness, and lack of customer service from an uncaring and non-listening staff.

I made an order on Friday the 21st

I made an order on Friday the 21st, Saturday when I got my order it was double or triple things I didn't want. I talked to a number of people that said that I would get an refund and it's Monday now I was told to make a dispute with my bank and THAT I WAS NEVER MADE TO GET AN REFUND, THEY TEAM LIED TO ME AND ALL I WANTED WAS MY MILKS AND MEAT.

Walmart delivery from hell They were out of almost half the items…

They were out of almost half the items I ordered with no comparable substitution, and put a huge temp hold on my bank card, still not lifted 7 days after and food card items that weren't available amount was never put back on my card... I've called customer service 6 times. Which getting past the automated chat bot is a serious challenge all in itself!! I will never do Walmart delivery AGAIN!! I HAD MUCH BETTER LUCK WITH FRED MEYERS AND INSTACART FOR SURE!!

I pay for a subscription because I cannot go into the store.
All of January and February, it's received beat up milk cans,where you cannot possibly pour without spilling and can't get all the milk out because of the cans condition, but they make sure to send it most of the time.
I got slimy cucumbers, moldy tomatoes, when I start a return, I expect them to have a pick from home option like they used to, they ask you to bring the stuff back for a refund, if I can come into the store why am I paying for a delivery service,

I ordered home delivery from Walmart + , I have been a customer of Walmart for 16 years. My recent home delivery order sat in the store for 3 days with no one to deliver. Called Walmart and the excuses ranged from it being my fault for ordering at the wrong time to their drivers were contractors and they had no control over them . Do not order from Walmart + home delivery. It is a scam . I am still waiting for my refund.
Complete rip off and faulty advertising. Nothing is guaranteed and no accountability from Walmart.
I canceled my Walmart +and as soon as I get my last 2 packages from Walmart. Com ,I will be canceling my Walmart account after 16 years of being a customer.
