I won't be buying my groceries online from Asda again. I had a problem last time and Customer Service (i.e the Call Centre) was abysmal.No help at all.
I'm not going to waste time telling them what went wrong because their system is so bad they obviously must know full well it isn't working and just aren't bothered.

Haldirams One Minute Khana

Excellent selection of the Haldirams products I was looking for. Competitive price and fast delivery. They were out of stock of one item, but informed me and refunded my payment immediately. I recommend Haldirams One Minute Khana to anyone who enjoys spicy plant based Indian dishes.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, wouldn't recommend. I ordered well before Christmas to then receive an email delivery would be after Christmas. I accepted that albeit an inconvenience. It was expected yesterday (30th), still waiting! They were supposedly despatched on the 29th, and they are frozen items! I dread to think where they are kept stored. I will NEVER use this site again, or any company using APC as their courier service. Considering the hefty postage costs I expected a speedy service!

Updated. The items arrived and shows signs of thawing and the package was soggy! So much for "frozen food can withstand 3-4 days"!

I haven't received the order yet

I haven't received the order yet, I placed it 2 weeks back and there is no sign of delivery. And they are also not ready to refund the amount. Customer service is terrible they don't reply you at all, customer care number does not work. Shouldn't have trusted this website.

Excellent service as always

Excellent service as always, on prompt delivery. One of the item was wrongly delivered but they exchanged it quickly without any hassle. Would be great if they can add more brand of Chapatti flour like elephant gold. One of the favourite online shop.
