Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met…

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Groenhart Scooters.

Kort na aankoop van mijn Opel Rocks begonnen de problemen al: accu/radius liep extreem snel leeg en ondanks dat ik dit direct heb gemeld, werd er nauwelijks adequaat gehandeld. Uiteindelijk ontstond zelfs kortsluiting waarbij een aansluiting verbrand raakte.

De auto staat inmiddels al langere tijd stil en ondertussen moet ik zelf blijven aandringen op een oplossing. Reacties blijven vaag (“binnen 2/3 weken”) terwijl het voertuig onveilig en onbruikbaar is.

Voor een voertuig dat net is aangeschaft en onder garantie valt had ik veel meer service, snelheid en verantwoordelijkheid verwacht. Erg jammer dat een serieus technisch en veiligheidsprobleem zo wordt afgehandeld.

Je kunt jezelf geen groter plezier doen…

Je kunt jezelf geen groter plezier doen door hier je vertrouwen af te geven. Mijn mat grijze 9 oude scooter heeft een complete makeover gekregen. Inclusief grote beurt heb ik een nieuwe scooter waar ik weer jaren plezier mee gaat beleven.
