I placed an order on groovecore.in expecting a tech product as advertised. Instead, I received a completely wrong and unrelated item. Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team, I received no response.
This is a clear case of online fraud and consumer cheating. Their Instagram handle @groove_coretech continues to advertise products that are not being delivered correctly. Avoid this site at all costs.
🚨 Cyber fraud in India is rising, and platforms like GrooveCore.in are scamming innocent buyers. They engage in:
• False advertising
• Wrong product delivery
• No customer support or return/refund options
I will be filing a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and with the Cyber Crime Cell for fraudulent activity and misuse of customer data.
