Amazing Positive Experience
I've been using the Grounding well sheet for about a month. Sleep is deeper and I feel more relaxed, but what recently happened blew my mind! It was around -25 Celsius outside. That's normal for a Canadian winter. While I was outside my fingertip on my right had ring finger, from the last knuckle to the tip, lost all feeling, even though I was wearing good gloves. This has never happened before. My other fingertips were cold, but had feeling in them. I went into the house to warm up. I tried many things to get feeling back in that one fingertip for 40 minutes. I held the warm cat, moved my hands around, flicked my fingers, jumped up and down, washed my hands in warm water, and sat with it under my leg, but that one fingertip remained numb. It wasn't discoloured, just numb. The rest of my fingers were warm. I was concerned and decided to go to bed as it was late. I plugged in my grounding sheet and got into bed. When the back of my leg touched the grounding sheet my fingertip tingled. I placed my hand on the grounding sheet and laid on it. Within seconds all of the feeling zoomed back. It was an amazing feeling! My finger has been perfect since then. Thank you Grounding Well!

Sleeping much better!
I started out with the bed grounding mat and noticed my terrible sleep improving and actually dreaming more. After a recent diagnosis of severe obstructive sleep apnea, I decided to try the full size grounding sheet. I am sleeping so much better, not waking up as much and more intense dreaming. While I am waiting to be fitted for my cpap machine soon, I am hopeful that the combination of that machine and continued use of my grounding sheet will continue to improve my sleep and my health. I've heard that grounding outside in the grass is very important, but I never imagined that sleeping on a grounding sheet would make such a difference not only in my sleep quality but less winter aches & pains.

Nowhere on the website does it warn customers that their sizes differ to other countries which is very misleading.
Then you have to pay to send the product back internationally when it arrived domestically, so you lose money and have no product.
Dreadful customer experience, do not recommend.

Their shoe size chart was incorrect, but they are giving me a hassle about making an exchange
I ordered shoes for my husband and used their size chart. Their size chart was incorrect. A size 38 is supposed to be a size 7 in US. The box I received was a size 38 which is actually a size 6 1/2 according to the box and the actual shoes. When I bought the shoes, it says on their website that one free exchange for size is allowed. They are giving me a hassle and I would not recommend this product for that reason. The shoes themselves seem fine, but they dont fit because they are the wrong size.

The matter was resolved in a manner that was satisfactory to me. They put in quite a bit of effort to make the situation better. So I give them credit for that. It shows they care about their product and customer service.

Just buy it, if you have problems with stress
The day beafore i started ucing Grounding Well bed shet i took a face recognising test thath is uced to find out the stress level in my body. The test said 79% stress and the test allsow sait it was danger for my life. Thath night I started ucing Grounding well bedsheats. The next day after sleeping in my bed i was so harmnius in my mind, and felt totally renewd,it felt just like i had been on a 6 veek wecaition in the caribian ailands on the beach. Groundingwell has products of excellent quality, and if you're looking for the benefits of grounding/earthing, look no further! I was skeptical at first about whether this really works, but after trying the grounding sheet I bought, after just a few nights of sleeping on it, my sleep quality improved noticeably and I woke up with much higher energy levels! I also bought 2 grounding mats and I absolutely fell in love with their products!

I bought these items with peace of mind of the 90 day guarantee. Unfortunately I have not received any correspondence back after 2 emails have been sent to grounding well support.
I do not find the sheets to offer any of the things it claims. It was nice to be able to try and in hope I would be happy with my purchase, but as I would now like to return my product, I am left without word. Bad service.......
Update, so after I read my response from grounding well down below, and wrote back again, I still do not get any response from them. Left alone. These messages are automated and mean nothing. They just want consumer's to think they are there to help and have solutions.

Return and refund is not good
The delivery and contact with Nathalie from customer support was all good. Everything went well expected we didn’t experience any difference in sleep or any other changes in visor mood. Because of lack of results I wan to return. BE AWARE!!! When you want to return you have to be within the 90 days. BE AWARE! You have to send the product back to the USA with DHL from Europe, that is expensive. BE AWARE! That retiring isn’t easy and quite expensive. groundingwell offers a 60 procent pay back if you keep the product. Because I didn’t want to sleep naked on the sheet ( you can only wash it luke warm and that is not hygienic at all ) I put it onder my fitted sheet. They say it should still work but like I said me and my husband and zero results. I was disappointed to find out that the return policy is to much hassle. Sending back with FedEx of DHL and the other requirements made it not a good experience. They can surly improve in that area.

Prior to using these MIRACLE SHEETS …. I had severe inflammation due to bone on bone knee pain for years…. I was at my wits end with pain and stiffness from inflammation. Thought I’d trial not having my gabapentin medication tonight as haven’t had neuralgia pain lately after it being a daily yhing. Once asleep at night I am staying asleep not the constantly getting up often. Hope this sheet also helps my arthritis in time as well.
