Worst customer service

The worst company I have ever had dealings with. The customer service is non-existent. They do not reply to emails, have no phone number listed. Said the item shipped Monday(it’s Friday) and USPS has no record of the tracking number. Smells like a SCAM.

Can’t believe I a) paid so much b)…

Can’t believe I a) paid so much b) waited to long to find this flimsy package shoved in my letter box.. Open it up with flimsy fabric, flimsy wiring, and loose threads. If the is not broken to start with i can’t see it lasting long. I’ll review performance in a few weeks.

Quality of life is back

I love Grounding Well's products. The bed sheet has made a life changing impact on my health and wellbeing. For over 50 years, I've suffered with severe leg cramps every 3-4 months for 2-3 nights, several times a night. Pain, misery, exhaustion on repeat was the cycle. Years of a variety of doctors, supplements, magnesium creams, and the only relief was heating pads. Until I tried the grounding sheet. I rarely get leg cramps and if I do, they are gone in 5-10 minutes. The sheet has saved my quality of life.

It’s a scam

I really wanted this to work but honestly feel taken for a fool. Does not work and is now going to cost me €25 to return from Ireland to the United States.Even though it was shipped from China and takes 2 weeks to get to you.
They offer 60% back if you don’t want to return but that would cost me a loss of €50.
Edit:
Had to accept the 60% refund due to Ireland returns being blocked from being sent to a PO Box. I communicated this several times but received the same generic response.

Did not stay in place. Will not refund.

Did not stay in place. Refuse to refund. Trying to get a refund but customer service isn’t helpful. My shipping receipt went missing but it was sent back to them and was never returned to me so they definitely got it back. Customer service not helpful. Do they get so many returns they can’t keep track of what they get back?

I ordered the half grounding sheet…

I ordered the half grounding sheet which arrived safely. The first night of sleeping on it was really positive, I felt the difference, my husband who does not sleep well at all and hasn't done for a very long time said after the second night he slept really well and we are continuing to do so, all in all a great purchase for us. The feel of it is good quality and well made, so thank you Grounding Well 🌿

There seem to be mixed reviews on here

There seem to be mixed reviews on here. I have rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy and sleep problems and possibly fibromyalgia. I ordered a mat and had to wait nearly 3 weeks before delivery. When it arrived (from China) one of the adapter pins was broken off. I queried this and got a prompt apology and was told that I would receive a replacement. This also took a few weeks to arrive, and I was advised not to use the broken plug in the meantime (although the earthing pin was fine). It’s hard to tell if the mat is having much effect so far (after a few weeks of using morning and evening). I wish that it came with some sort of tester as it is impossible to know whether it is actually operating as it should.

It’s Good Quality!

I took a chance on this company after reading the reviews here. I’ve been working with the grounding mat for 4 days now. I’ve been told to give it two weeks. The order did take close to 3 weeks to arrive as it does come from China. I find it good quality, and it had no damage from the shipping. It was exactly as advertised. I have no complaints. I would order from this company again!

Bed sheets not working after some light washes!!

I had bought bed sheets from this company ORDER #GW656151 and mats from another similar more expensive company with a tester to cheque if the connection is ok. I always tested them the first time I placed them. Some months later it happened to test them again and find out that although the mats are ok, the bed sheets do not work anymore. No obvious damage. Washing them very carefully all the time. I was very disappointed because they are very expensive to throw them away after some months, although I notice an improvement with my sleep and pains. I suggest everyone test their products and do not buy again sheets that need washing. Until china manufacturers improve their quality! I wonder If anyone who bought similar products has tested if they still work after some washes! The answer of the company is to send them a video with a multimeter testing the sheet, because the tester from the other company was not enough for them. I sent them the video they asked after a long effort and wait for their answer!!!But I am sure this is a common problem with these products, that's why the other more expensive company, I had bought pillow cases, has already sent me a replacement. I will not buy grom Grounding Well again.

Never try never knows

Grounding - key point is perseverance and consistency. You must use it daily and you will definitely see the changes in your sleep and body aching ! Fitted bedsheets every night, grounding mat at the working day of 8 hours and bedsheets when you travel- awesome! Not honoring the 90-day money back guarantee.

I have been emailing and asking to speak with someone in management or to escalate my concerns concerning Grounding Well not honoring their 90-day return policy.
I have been emailing Natalie and she has not escalated my concerns, nor have she tried to resolve this issue.

I am surprised, disappointed to be dealing with this type of customer service.

I was so excited to try the half sheets…

I was so excited to try the half sheets I ordered. Unfortunately it’s been a month and I haven’t found any difference it my body or sleep issues! I was really hoping it would it improve my sleep! I thought I had ordered the full sheet but got 3 1/2 sheets! So I put two 1/2 sheets on my bed but nothing happened transpired, In any case I’m sad!

Everyone in our house loves our…

Everyone in our house loves our grounding mat !
The most noticeable difference is — my wife had low level sleep apnea (my diagnosis sleeping beside her!) and her sleeping breathing is NOW deep and very very quiet.
