I had an amazing massage that left me…

I had an amazing massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The therapist Janny was incredibly skilled — with the perfect balance of pressure and attention to detail. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to unwind from the moment I arrived. I could truly feel the care and professionalism throughout the entire session. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and pain-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relieve stress and treat themselves to some well-deserved relaxation!

You can find good price deals but…

You can find good price deals but careful about some service deals - I mean anything which you need to book an appointment for. I had 2 cases when the customer service dropped off the chatbox mid-conversation, instead of trying to solve the issue regarding something I already paid for :/ in other words: don't count on them

Yes, the service had a 'nonrefundable' note but there was no dates/slots available to book, so as a customer I was stuck between conversations with the seller and customer service, both going nowhere.

Only works for a few weeks.

The product has stopped working and I am "locked out". I tried calling the company but no-one answered. The email button on the website does nothing and neither does the live chat.

So poor

So poor. I booked a spa voucher in my town for my mother, upon claiming the voucher it said that the location that I booked was in fact an 'upgraded' location. I asked if I could exchange the voucher, pay more to change it and finally a refund but they refused ALL options. The other spas were all so far from my town.

Essentially they falsely advertised and went against the Consumers Rights Act 2015 - so I will be pursuing this.

I will never be using them again and telling everyone to do the same.

Dissatisfied

I recently had a microblading appointment at Zaku with Shanice, and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing.

I decided to pay an additional £50 on top of the standard price to upgrade to a combination brow, expecting a more detailed and tailored result. However, the entire session felt very rushed and lasted only around 30 minutes, which didn’t feel sufficient for the level of service being offered.

Although numbing cream was applied, there wasn’t enough time allowed for it to properly take effect, which made the procedure more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I also felt that the consultation and overall attention to detail were lacking, which left me feeling unsure and dissatisfied with the outcome.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the top-up appointment required after 4 weeks is charged at £100, which feels quite high given the initial experience.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed, as I had higher expectations for both the service and the results, especially considering the additional cost.

Fantastic afternoon tea

Been before a couple of years ago and it didn't disappoint this visit. Food served within 5 mins of arrival, beautifully presented, allowed a soft drink instead of fizz, dietary requirements fulfilled, coffee lovely and hot and then once the lunch rush was over (some kind of convention in hotel), a lovely relaxed time with my daughter. We had to bring home some of the cakes, as we couldn't manage them all!

Avoid Groupon.

Avoid Groupon.

I couldn’t book my voucher through their system, so I booked directly with the restaurant. They then refused to accept it.

Customer service is useless (only chat/AI), and they refused a refund despite it clearly being their technical fault.

Feels like a scam. Be very careful before buying.

Best Mircosoft Office Deal You'll Find

Bought a Microsoft Office deal on Groupon, life subscription for just over £17; amazing value. Have to admit I was a bit sceptical, but I need not have worried; it came through within an hour with a couple of codes, so easy to enter and bingo, all ready to go
A real game changer and I can't believe the brilliant bargain price. Absolutely thrilled!

Good food - A little hurried between ordering - receiving food - then ordering again - as the order size is 4 small portions per order and time allocated (which is reasonable ) is 90 minutes.

Purchased two £50 Adidas gift cards via…

Purchased two £50 Adidas gift cards via Groupon. Before expiry, I contacted customer service and was told that even if the promotion had ended, the cards would still be usable for their original value. I relied on this information and was not warned that they were about to expire.

After the cards expired, Adidas advised me to contact Groupon for a resolution. However, Groupon only offered a 20% off £50 code, which is significantly worse than the value lost (£100) and even less than the £20 credit previously offered.

This is very disappointing. I relied on the information provided by customer support, and due to this misleading advice, I lost the ability to use the gift cards. I am seeking a fair resolution such as reactivation of the cards or a refund.

I hope Groupon UK can review this case seriously
