Groupon took the money without giving the tickets in time
I bought a Family pack tickets (4 tickets) for Safari Parc Natural Vivo, near Verona. I bought the tickets with 2 hours before arrive to the park.
The money were took instantly but after, I got a message that was successfully booked but, to enter to the park, PDF tickets are needed.
The PDF tickets wasn't been available on 29 October. I paid again the tickets to enter to safari (I'm a tourist, I left Italia in the meantime).
The pdf were available on 30 October, after 30 hours.
For this reason I asked for refund the money.
But Groupon didn't want to give me the money back.

I have only bad experiences. The offered services were not good. I booked different services like hairdressers hotels and spas and the quality was really poor, wouldn’t recommend them via Groupon
