Grown Brilliance was a superb company to work with. My order was interrupted by a near fatal accident. It was months before I could communicate with Psyche. When I was finally able to communicate verbally and digitally, Psyche had my design and choices ready to discuss. I was impressed. Hesitant first time online buyer...would do again!!
My ring came exactly as I had custom made it and is beautiful, just as picutred or created! I had a follow-up question that I had to use online chat service for to get details of the band diamonds and they were very quick and informative to be able to give me that information.
