We booked Grumpy but Gorgeous for our 13 year old daughter and 14 of her friends. With the help of the booking agent we booked the perfect spa party for Candice. She loved every aspect of her party she most enjoyed the hair and makeup, not only was my living room transformed but so were Candice and her friends, I had 15 divas by the end of the spa party. Our hosts H & E arrived on time to set up and I didn't have to lift a finger which was very unusual for me! The hosts were polite and approachable which I loved. The attention to detail was on point. I have already booked my other daughters party with Grumpy but Gorgeous and that's in 6 weeks!! My daughters can't wait! Thankyou Thankyou Thank you xxx

We booked this company for Amira’s 10th birthday party and all I can say it was amazing. Amira and her 14 friends loved getting pampered, our 2 lovely hosts H and S glammed up the girls in time for the party bus to arrive were the girls were going for a meal. They arrived early to set up, we chose a pink purple theme which worked so well with the added accessories I had already set up. Thanks so much grumpy but gorgeous I will highly recommend!

Had the 13th birthday celebration for my daughter. Naj and Sonny have been wonderful and so professional. Top 5 star service. This party will not be that successful without Grumpy and Gorgeous party planner....

My 11 years old daughter had a Spa Party last weekend. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed and loved it. Naj and her sister looked after everything. I was relaxed and enjoyed the party. Definitely I would recommend them to anyone who wants a spa party. Thank you for a wonderful party!

Naj & her sister where the hosts of my daughters party. They were very responsive via email/phone, arrived on time on the day and set up our living beautifully. The girls all had a lovely time receiving facials, mani/pedis and some quick head massages. It ended with a quick catwalk and photo sessions. It’s not cheap but everyone was organised and it meant I didn’t have to do a thing. All the girls were happy. Thanks you to Naj & her sister.

Had grumpy but Georgous come to our home in Bristol for my daughters 9th birthday, absolutely amazing, the host come in plenty of time to set up, the quality of the makeover was beautiful and the attention to detail brilliant.
We also got the party bags with grumpy but Georgous and they were so good and fitted the Theme.
I saw all the reviews grumpy but Georgous had and I was Sceptical when it come to booking, I was reassured throughout ( sorry grumpy but Georgous for my constant texts doing your head in )
If like me you read the reviews and are not sure, give them a chance you won’t regret it, I will recommend to everyone.

My 6 years old daughter had a great 2 hours Spa party! A first time experience for all of her friends.
We had two hosts which worked out very well who came in advance to get it all organised. By the time the girls arrived it was all perfectly set up (details are fantastic!).
There were a lot of giggles and photo opportunities; the music, the robes, all helped towards the success of the party. not to mention the excitement to choose which colour to paint their nails and toes!
My older daughter also loved it and said she will want it for her birthday too!
A different and fun party experience I would certainly recommend.

8 little girls in my lounge, and they was all loving the spa baths and having the treatments and the glitter and they all loved having there tattoos and having there nails and toes painted. Our host was amazing, and gave us a really amazing experience. I would thoroughly recommend!

My 10 year old daughter wanted a spa party with all the trimmings and Grumpy but Gorgeous did not disappoint! The hostess was great with the girls and the party ran really well. My daughter and her friends had a fantastic time, and announced it was the 'Best Spa Party Ever!' at the end! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free spa party.

BRILLIANT TEEN SPA PARTY

My 15 year old daughter and 8 of her friends really enjoyed the pampering. The Host put them all at their ease and made them feel very 'grown up'. I felt quite jealous seeing all the wonderful treatments they enjoyed! My daughter said it was the best party she had ever had!

We were very fortunate to have the same hostess from my daughter's last pamper party. We were were very impressed with her then and she definitely did not fail to impress again. The girls loved the party and our hostess interacted really well with the children. Thank you for another great party!

A superb party for my daughter’s 7th birthday! Our host arrived over an hour before the party and made sure all was ready by the time everyone had arrived. The set up looked fab, all the girls thoroughly enjoyed their treatments and had a great time walking the catwalk at the end. A great time was had by all!
Please do not let any of the bad reviews put you off booking Grumpy but Gorgeous, they are under new ownership and the team now really do aim to please! A+ in my book!

We had an amazing party with GBG. She came for my daughters 7th Birthday.
The agent turned up on time and set up a beautifully decorated party.
She was amazing with the girls.
I didn't have to do very much other than top up drinks for the other guests.
My daughter and all her friends said it was the BEST party they had been to.

Naj and her team are great and very friendly therapists, they arrived on time and gave excellent treatments that were enjoyed by all 8 of girls at the party.
Overall we are extremely satisfied with experience on a whole.

Holy moly !!! If you want to do a pamper party right for your little girls birthday please use Grumpy but Gorgeous!!! What a spectacular day!!! They were so professional and absolutely amazing with the kids !! I know there are bad reviews on google for this same company and I was a little nervous but the company reassured me that it was under new ownership and I’m so incredibly happy that I went with them !!! The kids absolutely loved their unicorn themed party and the two girls that ran it were just divine!!! Will definitely recommend this awesome company for pamper parties!!! Just awesome!!! Will be using them again ... hopefully for myself haha

Thank you for such a wonderful party for my Daughter's 9th Birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and even a late arrival was looked after with no problems. The party host looked after everything and my husband and I just relaxed and enjoyed the excited giggles as the girls were pampered. Will be booking again as a fabulous time was had by all, and the girls and mums are still talking about it.
