ok, poor contact

I ordered a product from Gshopper and, despite some initial concerns, the package was shipped and delivered as described. Unfortunately, I tried to contact the store via email several times and did not receive any response. Customer service definitely needs improvement, but the product itself was delivered and works as expected. The store is legitimate, but you need to be patient.

Order cancelation without warning

They refunded me (not fully based on what I can see from my bank statements) and canceled my order ten days later without any explanation. I sent an email to ask them why but it doesn't look like they will provide one.

Don't buy from this store!!

Don't buy from this store!!! Scammers!!! I ordered a Google Pixel 7Pro phone. It arrived in July 2024. From the beginning there were problems with the display. Then the fingerprint reader stopped working. In December the display stopped working completely. After contacting support, everything went well. In January I sent the phone back to gshopper. Since then I get one answer a month. Once they write that they will refund the money, once that they will repair it. They are scammers!!! Two months have passed and I have neither money nor phone!!!

Worst online shopping experience I've had in years, maybe ever

If my one experience represents how a purchase with Gshopper typically goes, this store must have fake reviews or something. I have pretty much the same complaints Sergio Ribeiro does. Ordered a Retroid Pocket 2S from this site, they happily charged my credit card, then... NOTHING. Not a single update for weeks.

My attempt to purchase something from them arguably went worse than Sergio's because I attempted to contact them at multiple e-mail addresses and NEVER received a response. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, who thankfully acted VERY quickly on my behalf and got me a full refund in less than 24 hours.

Scam

Scam, made an order, waited the time to be shipped, received ZERO updates, inquired support, with luck sometimes i get answered. They said they would sent a refund within 24h, no luck with that and no luck with new responses adter enquiring about the refund status. Don't Buy TEMU and AliExpress ais way more reliable.

SCAM

I ordered a Nintento Switch OLED on january 22th. It was supposed to ship in 7 working days. Since I didn't receive any information after two weeks I contacted gshopper support. They wrote to me that there was a delay because of the Chinese New Year which seemed fair enough. They said the order will ship on the fabruary 15th at the latest. After that didn't happen I wrote to support again asking for refund because this is not normal behaviour. They keep ignoring my inquiries so don't order anything from them...

item has been on processing status for more than 2 weeks now

I bought a OnePlus tablet in gshopper on Feb 20th and have not received it as of March 7th. The status has been "processing" ever since. I wrote a couple of emails to various of their addresses but never heard back. I am surprised as I have ordered a cell phone and another item there last year and everything worked fine. This time it is unacceptable and I opened a case in PayPal to withdraw my payment.

Update: refund as per gshopper issued, let's see when it's arrives on my account. Better communication would be key.
Gshopper still accepts orders for the item while saying they are out of stock. Please rethink your policy here, otherwise you will continue to have grumpy customers.

Delay on order with processing status

I could check the shop on Trust pilot before and for this reason I bough there.
The order still on Processing since I order it and it shoudl be already delivery but they also don't answer on Support

Warranty doesnt exist on this site

I bought Nintendo Switch from this site. When I was buying this, I asked how does the warranty work, they explained that serious damages will require sending it back to them and minor things will be done in Polish shops. After 2 months, one of speakers started to provide error, which lead to closing the system. I reported it to gshopper support. They asked me to deassemble the console myself!!!! When I’ve done it, confirmed that it was speaker faulty, they assured me that they are sending me new speaker and will help with changing it. Since then (1 month ago) I got no contact with them, I got emails if anybody is interested. Don’t buy electronics from them, because its not worth the nerves!!!!

Update: on 13 March they did send my order..!!!! Now i am awaiting for arrival..!!!!
Update 2: on 26 March i received my order!!! Very good job from the team!!! The console (switch lite "second hand")seems like new and it works perfectly!!!!
The only negative was that you have no communication with them and they are very slow...otherwise I would have given 5 stars!!!!

They don't send anything. Stay away!

Item ordered more than a month ago, not even shipped yet. After few emails I got information: Dear customer your order is expected to be dispatched within 24 hours. That was several days ago. They do not respond to the request for cancellation and refund. Never again.

Support is great

Support is great. Good shop - I've bought a few Anbernic Gameboys here. Once my micro SD card was broken, but support helped me super fast and was friendly. Love the Chinese folks!

Order delay and ignorance of emails

Order has been placed 10th of February, promising delivery after 7 working days. Until now the order has not been shipped , there is no way to contact the seller and the only way to have communication is through an email to gshopper which I have sent and it's been ignored for some days already. Never again.

Don't buy Oneplus 13 with Oxygen OS

Bought a Oneplus 13 device with Oxygen OS. They write big on their site, GLOBAL, Oxygen OS, but this is bullshit. It is a version, which doesn't work really nice. After I got the first OTA Update, my mobile and data connection was gone. Looked it up and yes, on XDA Forum, everybody says that. It has to do with the modem of the Chinese version. OK, but they don't tell one and even worst, they don't help. Wrote them a couple of times and nothing, they not answering at all. So worst support service ever and worst information infront of a sale.
