J’ai effectué une commande, la taille de l’étui de mon iPad ne convenait pas, j’ai contacté le service client très réactif et au top!
Ils m’ont permis de l’échanger sans aucune difficulté, au top!

J'ai commandé un article, qui m'est arrivé en mauvais état. J'ai contacté le service GSM par mail. Ni une, ni deux, ils ont réagi, et mon article est revenu en état. Le service client est top à 100%, merci.

Bonjour,
La coque de remplacement pour mon GALAXI S20 FE 5G est arrivée rapidement et convient très bien pour mon appareil.
Mais le petit cadre métallique est déjà tombé.
