Worst fulfilling company. Emily one of their agent ignore my message when she clearly knows that she owe me a refund from a lost package. Stay away from them.

Hi dear, thanks for your review.You have placed a total of 3 orders with us, and we have refunded you in full for the orders you are talking about. However, you are asking us to overpay you at the Shopify selling price of the product, which is clearly unreasonable.
