Purchased a hot water unit replace an old unit.
It was during the early days of winter so a unit was required urgently.
Thankfully G-store came to the rescue and ensured next day delivery as promised. i sent a message to G-store, and they responded almost straight away. They have a chatbox service, but it seems to be have down at the time I was enquiring.

Very easy to deal with answered all my emails exceptionally fast postage when purchasing product

Based on a referral to G Store from LG Australia, I was contacted by a G-Store employee 'Adam' - In reply I asked 'Adam' for budgetary (initial, non binding, project planning costs), to better prepare us (as the prospective purchaser) for a meaningful discussion.
The disappointing and unprofessional reply I received to my initial questions was little better than pathetic, nay childish; I would hope (for G-Store's sake) that this particular person is not representative of that company as a whole based on my initial experience.
For my part, I will be contacting LG to seek an alternative reseller/representative.

4 May 2021. I received a call back from the Aust CEO's office LG today in response to my complaint, they are investigating further and instigated introductions to other LG resellers -
Based on assistance received yesterday (3rd May). The outcome was my receiving a reply from a competitor to G-Store (based on the identical request that that G-Store had received).

This alternative reseller organisation is clearly far more customer focussed and professional in their manner than that experienced from 'Adam', in so much that the basic information detail (as sent to G-Store) was not only answered promptly in a business like and professional manner but included the basic information detail requested based on a 'spec system', thus allowing us to proceed to actual purchase.

In this particular instance, the provision of the diatribe submitted by the representative of G-Store clearly demonstrates both the attitude and a disappointing professional standing of one particular representative, which I feel sure is not representative of his employers attitude or business operation methods.
Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware) is clearly the watchword in this instance.

G-Store were really wonderful. Euan and his team assisted us in fitting a great system - LG Neon2 panels and Enphase Microinverters for our small Victorian house with somewhat limited and awkward roof space. Euan was very helpful and approachable, willing to answer all my questions on the phone or via email. And the team of electricians that came to the house to fit the panels etc were extremely polite and professional. Would recommend G-Store highly and without hesitation. Feels great to switch on our lights knowing we are not burning coal!

Product provided came quickly and works well. Very happy

I ordered two of the Rinnai controllers at around 5pm and paid for express shipping, they arrived the next day around lunch time! Can't ask for anything more than that. Great service and the controller were cheaper than anywhere else
