So I had some doubts being a first time customer. I also ordered Feb 1st during their holiday, changed my jacket size to 2XL on Feb 11th which delayed my delivery. I ended up sending a few emails concerning my order and its whereabouts which was quickly answered within a day. Customer service is great just contact their support email. When I got my order on the 28th (about a month) I was very pleased with the quality of the rings especially for the price. Definitely go by their website measurements for rings. And if you order clothes I would order a size or 2 larger than what you think. I already put in another order for rings after my first delivery arrived. Excited to see the quality of these rings!

I purchased an earring for my boyfriend for his Valentine’s Day gift and it came bent. But, I emailed customer care and they quickly reshipped another one.
The service was great and the shipping is fast. Most importantly, my boyfriend was super happy with the earring! Definitely will be coming back for more!
