I bought several pieces a few months ago and was blown away by the quality of the products so I had to order more. Not only are they the best brand in terms of quality, but their Customer support is very quick and polite + the delivery comes is like 3 to 5 days which is crazy considering they are sending from Portugal!!

Loving their stuff so far
My only complaint is about UPS and not about Guaja itself, from where I've bought several times, first few via Ivalo.com that no longer exists.
Guaja's size guides are on point and I love how the items are made in EU. My biggest criteria for buying clothes nowadays.

My fav company!
Ethical and sustainable Portuguese company which I highly value, but not only that, the fitting of the clothes and the classic look makes me obsessed with pretty much every piece they release, all my favourite clothing is from them, its just a classic well fitted look that can be styled many different ways, also they love receiving clients opinions and feedback and are very interactive, love them!

40€ for nothing
You have to pay the return shipping costs of €12 and more yourself, plus the shipping costs, even though I didn't keep the item. I couldn't pick up my package because I was on vacation, and even though I was assured it would arrive before my vacation, I now have to pay the return shipping costs again. I had to pay €40 for nothing. Never again!!! Also, my skirt arrived ripped.

We’re truly sorry that your experience didn’t turn out as you hoped. Please know that our Customer Support team did everything possible to assist you with care and attention, always explaining each step of the process as clearly as we could.
As mentioned in our Refunds & Exchange Policy, and as we shared with you via email, the cost of returning the item, as well as any expenses associated with sending the order back to our warehouse in Portugal, are to be covered by the customer, unless there’s any problem with a product or with the order.
It’s also stated that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, as they apply to the initial dispatch of your purchase.
Regarding the delivery time, your parcel arrived on the 4th business day, which was within that expected window of the shipment you choose. We’re truly sorry that it didn’t reach you before your trip, please note that an express delivery option is also available at checkout for those moments when a faster delivery is needed.
The return shipping cost for your first order was 12€, and for the second order, which was automatically returned to us after not being collected, 8,59€ was deducted from your refund to cover the return costs. In total, these expenses amounted to 20,59€ and correspond only to courier fees. No additional charges were applied for the return itself.
As for the skirt you mentioned bought on January 2024, our team immediately offered to collect and replace it or issue a refund, and we also shared a discount code as a small way to compensate you for the inconvenience caused. You chose a replacement, which we shipped within one week.
We truly did our best to find the fairest solution, always following our company policy to stay fair and consistent with everyone in our community.
