After the tenants from Airbnb broke our…

After the tenants from Airbnb broke our front door, guestready promptly helped us to submit a claim with both Airbnb and Guardhog. In the entire process Marina from Guardhog was extremely helpful, offering help and advice and always replied within minutes. Although in the end we didn’t need Guardhog to pay our claim since Airbnb paid the full amount, I feel obligatory to leave the best rating for Guardhog as it was the best experience with insurance company in the UK I ever had.

Hannah was the perfect person to talk to for top up insurance ,

Hannah was charming , calm & knew all the answers to my questions .
She also was an excellent ‘sales ‘ in that she patiently talked me through the benefits of an additional Deposit policy which I am now seriously considering adding on .

If I were Guardhog

If I were Guardhog, I would be ecstatic about having Chelsea represent my company.
As soon as we emailed and spoke on the phone, I trusted her implicitly, and enjoyed all of our subsequent communication. She replied immediately to my various queries and concerns and the extent of her knowledge is impressive.

After years of using comparison websites in order to avoid speaking to insurance employees, I am now completely converted and had forgotten how amazing it is to get such a great service.

I would also recommend Guardhog for all of the little things they have thought of and covered in their policies and the simplicity of the questions they ask. This really is insurance for the 21st century, well researched to cater to every need, meaning that I actively wanted to buy more products.

I even enjoy getting their emails offering new services – unheard of in my experience with other companies! Can’t recommend them enough to everyone I know.

Great service.

Great service, and great to speak to a real person, and quickly. More than that , Chelsea was very helpful at explaining how the insurance works, and making sure cover was in place at short notice on a Friday afternoon. Very much appreciated, thank you.
